L & M Carpet One Floor & Home Recensioni

Everything about the experience was excellent. Professional sales person-Laurel-and installers. I have used them three times and won't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent Service from start to finish. Store personnel were easy to work with - helpful but not pushy. Prompt follow-up for measurements. Installation was fast and efficient. Installers were very respectful of our home.

I have been very pleased with my new kitchen flooring. The experience with the staff and installers was great. Thanks for the excellent service.

L & M is an amazing company. We have used them exclusively for our floor covering needs. They are always so courteous and timely in getting quotes to us. Their installation crews have many years of experience and complete their work with excellence.

From start to finish, this carpet purchase and installation was a very positive experience. I can sincerely recommend L & M Carpet and Flooring Center for all of your flooring needs! They carry an extensive line of styles and manufacturers. You will not be disappointed with your purchase, money back guarantee or total satisfaction.

Would highly recommend L and M. From the time we entered the showroom until our carpet was installed, we have been completely satisfied with the level of knowledge, professionalism and customer service. The carpet is high quality. This is the only company We will ever use for any of my flooring needs.

I was very pleased with the service & quality of my new flooring & especially with the helpfulness & great attitudes of Brian the installer & Cathy Perkins in the store.

Angela Jordan went out of her way to help me get the carpet and expedited service that you would expect from a service oriented company. The process from order to installation was great and the work was professional. I was very pleased with L&M, and as Arnold said, "I'll be back."
Thanks,

L&M is wonderful. Angie Jordan helped us choose the perfect floor for our house! We were very indecisive at first but she worked with us to choose the perfect product. The installers were on time and finished the install efficiently. We love the floor and the service we received at L&M.

Had 4 rooms of carpet replaced and a tub surround re-tiled. Very happy with the level of service and quality of material and workmanship.

Easy to work with. Did what they said they were gonna do. Beautiful installation. Would recommend L&M to anyone looking to have any flooring done.
Thank you L&M

I have used L & M Carpet One Floor several times and each time I have been thoroughly pleased. Everyone was so helpful and ready to please. Starting with coming to our home to measure to the installation. Our salesperson, Misty, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installers did an excellent job. I would recommend L & M every chance I get.

Installation was done on schedule and very professionally. Pleasant and competent installers and salesman who was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what to do. Terms of the contract were followed and no problems of any kind encountered. A very satisfying experience!

Sales was courteous, not pushy. Choices of carpet were endless for types & colors. Installation crew were friendly and arrived on time. They were very efficient, completing three rooms in about four hours.

They were very helpful in finding what i wanted. the installer was on time, efficient , & respectful . This is my third experience with them. And i would recommend them.

Very nice job. Our Luxury Vinyl Tile is absolutely beautiful. The installers were very professional and took pride in their work. They were very meticulous. Thank you!

Very pleasant experience from everyone

Great local company with excellent selection of various flooring materials. Installers were polite and professional, did a great job. Be sure to ask for Angie Jordan, she is super.

After getting the quote and paying for more than half the amount, three weeks passed and they never got back with me to set up a date to do the work. I got a refund and found someone else to do the work for 1/4th the cost.
