To address your query, the duration of a product's listing on the Lakime platform depends on the following two scenarios:
Case (1): If no tickets have been sold within 6 months of the product’s registration, the product is automatically removed.
Case (2): If, within 12 months of advertisement registration, not all tickets have been sold (but at least one ticket is sold), the lottery proceeds regardless of the total number of tickets sold. In this case:
If the seller delivers the prize to the winner, we release the proceeds to the seller.
If the seller opts not to deliver the prize, the winner will receive 70% of the ticket sales, and the seller retains their product.
This policy ensures fairness and encourages active participation in our lotteries.
Could you please provide us with more details about your specific ticket or product? This will help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
