Could give no stars if possible. I had purchased wax heater and it stopped working and won't heat up. Warranty was still valid as it was less than 2 years. Idiots telling me its not in Warranty until I sent the proof. They said they can't do anything about it. Omg. Nightmare. Never shopped from them again. Disgusting
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They left out an item from my order, and none of my emails about it have been replied to. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered an item and they quite simply did not even ship the order. It just sat as order confirmed for over a week later than it was supposed to be shipped. They do NOT respond to messages or emails, they will simply steal your money and not send you your item. I've had to open up a dispute which is so annoying.
Used to be reliable with quick service, however recently they seem to make it a habit to not respond to enquiries. I've had an order sitting as 'tracking number allocated' for over a week niw. Asked for an ETA - no response inside the 48hr time frame they specified - sent another email and still no response. I've asked for a refund but I won't be surprised if they -again- don't respond. Do not buy from this place, you're putting your money down the drain if you do
They forgot an item in my order then also sent me the wrong one. Passive aggresive customer service. They didn't even apologize and just made excuses. Sounded annoyed in the email. I ordered again recently and its been well over a week with no dispatch of my items. They are ignoring all communication now too which is frustrating. I feel scammed and i'm super disappointed...I am considering making a complaint to the commerce commission.
