Poor Quality, Poor Support
We bought a 2023 Venture Sonic 220VRB and shortly after it went out of its pathetic 1 year warranty we noticed the front stargazer window had a long crack in the lower right corner of the inner pane from the bottom to the top. Doing some web searching we found that there were several brand and models of RV's made by Venture and KZ RV which is the parent company of Venture that had this issue with the front window cracking. KZ issued a technical service bulletin for this issue and repaired a select few of these windows. There are numerous reports and complaints about this window cracking and after reaching out to the dealer, Venture and KZ RV about this issue, non are willing to address an obvious product quality issue or design flaw. So, we're left holding the bag with something they should be taking care of, with the vast number of others reporting the same problem with the window. We are planning on upgrading the RV in the spring and it definitely won't be a Venture or KZ RV brand RV. Be aware and careful of either of these brands, you get a subpar warranty period, subpar product and subpar after sale support.
