I am loving Kyozou. There is so much the software can do! The one on one setup help and training was amazing. Answers to questions and support is just an email away and answered in a timely manner. I really love that you can create just one listing and then launch it to multiple site and venues with just a couple clicks.

Integrating a new software is always tricky, but the Kyozou support team is amazing and with you all the way.
I've been impressed with the ability for this software to grow with us. The support team has had a solution for every business obstacle we have encountered, and it has been so easy to talk to someone when help is needed be it by phone or email.
Futhermore, I've enjoyed the suggestions to grow our business. They have the experience and knowledge to back up their product.
The only negative would be connectivity in the back end, but we are in a rural area with limited internet speeds so I'm sure that comes into play.
I couldn't run my eBay store without Kyozou.
I have a jewelry store on eBay with about 12,000 listings and couldn't run my store without Kyozou. I did look at some other listing tool companies but found that they were either outrageously expensive or not set up right for a company like mine, where each piece is an individual listing. I don't sell multiples of a single item. I only have one of each thing I post.
Kyozou is always a step ahead of me. When eBay issued new rules about picture size, it would have been impossible for me to resize the pictures on 12,000 listings. Changing each picture individually would have taken me 6 months and could have put me out of business. Kyozou was there with a program prepared. They ran my entire store- all 12,000 listings- through their program in a single day and resized all my pictures. It was literally 6 months worth of work for me that they did in one afternoon.
I could go on and on. The service is great- it is personal and professional.
I am not a high tech person. Kyozou taught me how to use their system and any time I have a question or need help, the tech people are right there to walk me through.
The fee I pay is totally worth the service.

I have used Kyozou for at least 10 years. Their support staff have always been quick to respond and very helpful. Their program has made it very easy to keep all my inventory organized and I have saved a lot of time by using them.
I do like that I can keep my inventory organized across several selling platforms. Using just Kyozou to adjust things in each selling market makes things quite easy to update.
As far as Cons go, I feel like the price is a little high, but when I compare to their competition I find that they are one of the cheaper options so have settled on accepting their billing. I also feel like their UI is not the easiest to navigate, but once you figure it out, it comes second-nature to navigate.
Also, I don't rate anyone 5 stars unless it absolutely blows my mind!

I have used Kyozou's products and services since 2006 and I can truly say there aren't many companies that can compare in price and service! They are an AMAZING VALUE with a superior product and customer service!
Their system is easy to figure out and they have become better and better with every year! Being able to have FULL CONTROL over Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Creating Listings and Templates, and Order/Shipping/Fulfillment across multiple platforms is just AMAZING!

This is the only solution that really works
I have used e-com dash, sellbright, sellervantage, crosspostit, sifm, and other solutions that do the same thing. NONE of them do it right. Kyozou is the only solution that does what it says it does, right, the first time. They didn't build a solution, sell it, and move on to other projects. The software is maintained and updated with ever changing rules of the sales channels it utilizes. Great support and training are also part of what makes this solution work well. This started paying for itself before I had to start paying for it. I can list more items, to more channels, faster, with less mistakes. If your not using this software your doing it wrong.

It has been a great 5 years! Kyozou has helped our business grow, and we are now branched out in many different market places. This is due to there professionalism, integrity, honesty, and their passion in helping our company grow strong!
Most companies are all about the money and how much they make from you. Kyozou has been fair in their costs and dont gouge you with extras.
All businesses have there problems and issues, and we have had them too, this is all part of doing business and growing a company. Any company saying they dont ...well there just not being honest.
Kyozou has strived to go the distance when there is a problem. They will email us with responses to the issues and even phone calls, they are right there.
Any problems or issues have been taken care of in a timely manner.
With the new system improvements for being PCI Compliant over the last year they have continually helped by improving there system so our Web sites can be a safe place to shop. All online businesses takes time and dedication, we are very pleased to have Kyozou behind us helping our business grow.
I love Kyozou
I love Kyozou. It's a perfect platform for us and works really well. We signed up and it has helped us manage our inventory and take our eBay business to the next level. We went from managing 30 boxes a day to 100 to 1000. This platform is great and we get lower rates on shipping through Kyozou too. Love it.

This company is amazing. It gave us the necessary tools to take our online business to a whole other level! I love the fact that we have more control over our ebay account, we are able to set up different users with log ins and multiple restriction levels. Unfortunately Prices are a little high sometimes, but overall a great company with great team members. I would definitely recommend them.
Ruthless telemarketers
They call all the time trying to get me to use their services. Ruthless and won't take no for an answer. I can't imagine doing business with a company like this.
True Honest Opinion
I spent a year researching software to manage my business. What's really difficult for me is that you never know which online reviews are real or by the actual company. I could never find what felt like a legitimate review. Well, here's one for Kyozou.
The only thing Kyozou is good at is their multilister setting. Trying to ship large amounts of orders through their software is impossible. Shipworks is good at shipping, Shipstation is good at shipping. I've always tried to push Shipworks into inventory management, but they've always said they want to focus on what they're good at. Kyozou needs to pickup on some of that thinking. Kyozou doesn't allow you to integrate with ANY software outside of Kyozou.
I manage over 8000 listings through Kyozou. They have a multilister setting that is awesome once you learn how to use it. There are tons of bugs, but if you can work past it, it's worth it.
Most of these inventory management programs require you to invest a large amount right off the bat including Kyozou which makes it really difficult to make a decision. When trying to sell you on the product they say "Yes we can, yes we can, yes we can!", but once you send that check it turns into "No we can't". I guess that's with any inventory management software.
Bottom line, if you're managing less than 3000 listings and processing less than 30 orders per day, Kyozou is for you. If you're doing more than that, be prepared to make sacrifices. Their shipping is garbage and their ecommerce shopping cart is garbage. Everything else is pretty nice, but very buggy..... It's also very affordable compared to ChannelAdvisor..

My website has been up for 2 months and I predict my sales there to be greater than my sales elsewhere within only another month or so. They were instrumental in giving me great design, SEO help, and I couldn't be happyier!

Functionality problems and won't refund when appropriate
Representatives made promises on the performance of their net/software to sell on eBay. When I backed up over 2500 items from eBay, cancelled items on eBay, and couldn't relist them due to numerous program errors. I lost money on this issue and all the time I spent trying to list when the program wouldn't allow me to. Company rep. asked me to give them another try twice, and I did. But enough is enough. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I paid for training and I received training. Training for a program that I couldn't use? Please refund.
