Excellent service from this company. I was actually in hospital, but the two guys went the extra mile to make sure the move went well. My wife said they were extra helpful, hard working, and couldn’t fault them in any way

Well where do I begin. Firstly I really did my research when choosing removal company and for me cheapest was the highest priority which Kwikshift Removals were out of many. But don’t let that discredit the quality of the service because the team were polite, professional, clean and very helpful. As well as this a personal matter occurred in which I needed to change my removal date on a very short notice and most companies would still charge you for this as it was my fault technically. However the management were really understanding and went out of their way to help me and accommodate. I couldn’t be more grateful tbh and I am truly thankful for everyone for going above and beyond really. Its my first review on here but I just had to applaud the company.

What a fantastic firm to deal with! From start to finish I found the Kwik Shift experience to be a positive one. Rebekah in the office was really helpful and the team were polite, treating my items were treated with care and consideration.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kwik Shift to my friends and family. Thanks so much.

This company must be avoided at all costs. We trusted this company with all our possessions, and paid for their storage facility while our new property was being finalised. The day came when we could move in, and furniture was returned. SOAKING WET.
Mattress, 7 month old baby’s cot and changing unit. Dining table, dining chair, fire pit.. all destroyed by water. With no explanation as to why.
Not only this, but the absolute worst level of customer service I have ever received. We have been palmed off, to an insurer- who have deemed the items worth £40 each due to underhand tactics by Kwikshift. Combined with an excess of £250, we have received NOTHING from this company for all our furniture being ruined.
So, no- I’d absolutely never recommend this company- I would categorically say DO NOT USE!!! They pride themselves on being a ‘removal company with a difference’ they definitely are different, but not the kind of different I’d ever want to experience ever again.

Fabulous service, really can't recommend Kwikshift Removals highly enough. The guys were friendly, but professional and respectful throughout our move from Wirral to Cheshire. They picked up the majority of items from our 3-bed house on the day before the move, just leaving us with the essentials (bed, sofa, kettle etc) which they picked up on the morning of the move. They were quick and efficient, but careful with all our items and nothing was too much trouble. They even asked if we wanted any of the furniture moving around again before they left. They also price-matched the cost of the move against a local competitor, so it was excellent value for money too. Would definitely use them again in future.

We moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom house yesterday. The guys arrived on time and by 1p.m all my belongings were safely stored in my new place. Big Sean and Ali came and did a fantastic job and turned what it had everything to be a very stressful day into a smooth journey to our new home. Can’t recommend it enough! Well done and thank you so much!

We moved from a flat to a house and the lads couldn't have been better. Phenomenal service, always asking how much more they could help, they had us fully moved by lunchtime! Absolute legends, cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t ask for better. The office staff are amazing; great communication, and really flexible.
Mike and the team that loaded, transported and unloaded our stuff were unbelievably good. Incredible.
They were efficient, accommodating, attentive…and even unloaded us on a Bank Holiday.

Very professional company. Arrived on time. Mike and his team had the house all packed up in a few hours. They also wrapped the more fragile furniture. Very polite throughout. When we arrived at our new address, very efficient unloading, re assembling anything they had taken apart. Would definitely recommend and also good value.

Cannot recommended these guys enough! We booked at short notice but throughout the whole process the customer service was brilliant and on the day the day guys (Chris & Lewis) were FANTASTIC! They arrived early, had the entire house packed onto the lorry within just a few hours and even helped our sellers to vacate the onwards property…. Above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, and so hard working. Amazing, thank you 👏🏼

Why go anywhere else....5 star removal company!!
These guys quoted 40% cheaper than any other removal company. They handled the furniture with care, and were very professional and polite.

Jordan and Christopher arrived bang on time and didn't stop from the moment they arrived to the moment they left the new house. They were quick and friendly and took great care with all our stuff, and they made the whole thing seem very straightforward and stress-free. The pricing for the job was transparent and I got a call to check that everything was going ahead as planned the day before. Highly recommended.

This could not have been a better experience. It was a late decision to put our furniture into store for a week when we moved and Kwikshift got us sorted and delivered everything to us. The team from office to the guys that delivered to us could not have been more helpful, everything was put where we wanted and the whole delivery done in less than 2 hour. Brilliant job all round, thanks guys.
