Scammers

Scammers. Did not receive a single thing after my order confirmation. No shipping notice, no tracking, no products. It has been over 2.5 weeks now and ive tried contacting via all of their methods listed on the website.

I ordered a crankshaft for a G 54B…

I ordered a crankshaft for a G 54B engine. The website said they had it in stock something the money got my confirmation waited two weeks no tracking number after many attempts of trying to contact them. They finally emailed me back and said that the product was out of stock and there was none on the Chinese market. They would refund my money if I wanted them to you I sent a sent message back saying to refund my money two weeks later still don’t have my money. Email them told them that they are crooks and thieves and scammers and they told me that I need to check with my credit card company sometime. It takes a while for you to be refunded. The company is a scam. They don’t have any parts. They’re just stealing people’s money.

Order Unfulfilled

I ordered part #PZ1-D-12AX. This was supposed to be a hydraulic pump and I even sent in my OEM pump which when restored would have fetched nearly double the price of this aftermarket pump. That’s fine but you all sent the wrong part which was annoying but I agreed to send it back so you all could send the correct part. Well I’ve sent that in now and the tracking is CH223734552US and I even paid $98.25 for shipping. I’ve done well more than I should’ve but you all have still not yet sent me the correct part. I want my part or money back otherwise I will be forced to seek legal action.

Defective products, no warranty, no exchanges

Update: After a year they are answering to review!!! Seriously, what a joke. By the way if you want to get your money back and paid with credit card just do dispute through your credit card company.
It is a hassle but it is possible.
I got everything back after providing all info on deal as well as videos and communications records to visa/Mastercard.
This company doesn't honor any kind of warranty selling defective products right out of the box. They ship just after many attempts to contact them with basically no answer from them.
I bought 3 fuel pumps for 700$ USD each on separate occasions.
Just one of them is still working.
2 pumps were unusable right out of the box. One of them didn't work at all, another one was leaking fuel bad from where it was not supposed to leak at all.
After inspection seems to be, they are put together with no any kind of torque specs, as bolts are stripped as well as some gaskets are used previously but pumps are stated as new. O rings smashed on solenoids.
Any attempts to contact them for warranty or replacement are left unanswered.
You can buy quite expensive paperweight because there is no way to get refund or replacement even if they stating easy returns and exchanges. There is no such a thing.
They are shipping out of China and they are probably located there as well.
They gladly will take your money with no warranty and exchanges and no communication.
I suggest stay clear from them at all costs.

We fully understand your dissatisfaction, very sorry for this, but we clearly stated in the email to you that you should cancel the bank dispute first, then we will resend the replacement. However, you refused to cancel, so the only thing we can do is accept your refund dispute and stop the resend process. Because the fuel pump you purchased is worth $700. If you don't cancel the bank refund dispute, it will ultimately cause us significant losses, we cannot risk losing all your funds by resending the replacement.

We offered you a solution, but you didn't do it and put us in risk, leaving us with no other option. Also, you ultimately received a full refund.
Therefore, your claim that we offer no guarantees to our customers is extremely misleading. This is unacceptable to us!

I ordered a hydraulic pump from thi company

I ordered a hydraulikk pump on the 9th of december 2024. The price was USD 397,- I got an order confirmation. On their website the claim to ship item within 2-3 days with DHL express. On the 11th of december I sent them an email and asked when they planned to ship this item. Sent several emails and contacted the through Whatsapp number on their website no answer. On the 10th december they replied "let me check" and nothing more. On monday 16th they wrote "we can ship in 2-3 days". Still haven`t sent me tracking number and confirmation on the shipping. Stay clear from this company. They are scammers. I will report them to the police today.
