I was directed to KTS Pooled Trust by my Mother's medical social worker. We set up an account for her. All was going well. Unfortunately, my Mother had to transition to a long term care facility and we know longer needed the account. I was very happy at how easy it was to cancel the account. It was a hard time and the ease in which we were able to deal with her account with KTS was really appreciated.

Highly efficient disbursement processing
KTS processes my disbursement request each month promptly and payee receives funds within 1-2 days. Always top notch service; never an issue with deposits or disbursements. In working with them for 2+ years, I've only had to call CS once and that was a very positive experience too.

At the start of the process, it was a little confusing, we had never heard about a pool trust. We did our research to better understand what a pool trust was. A friend suggest KTS for our needs, working with KTS has been a pleasure so far. Any time we had a question the staff was very receptive to our needs and assisted us.
