Stay away.. returning will cost more than the item.

I purchased a Bolter Mesh Debut Singlet size XL online and followed the size guide. When it arrived it was way too big. I emailed asking for a trade for the correct size they responded no trade just returned but had to pay for shipping.. turns out shipping from US to Australia cost more than the item .. they did not respond as soon as I told them this..

I ordered the same style and size I always order in a new colour. It didn’t show on the photos online that it had some structured stitching around the thighs which made the jeans bunch terribly around the front, which they never do with my other pairs that are exactly the same - after several photos and emails customer service is refusing to even exchange them, let alone give a full refund like they should.

KSUBI MONEY ROBBERS

Ordered jeans on sale, tried them on obviously didn't fit. So wanted to send them back but obviously I didn't know you can't send, back, or exchange sale items. To me I think this company are a literal scam oh and to charge £15 for delivery🤣 like seriously... SCAMMERS

Adding to the long list of bad reviews. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I am normally a Size 28 in jeans, after checking the size chart I purchased a Size 27 and they are too big!! I need a Size 26 which is inconsistent with the size jeans I normally purchase. After contacting customer service for what I thought was a routine exchange request, I was told they do not exchange on sale items? I paid $150 for these jeans on sale and I cannot wear them. As others have mentioned, I can understand not issuing a refund but an exchange?? I offered to pay for postage or go to the Roseberry head office but no use. I have never come across anything like this before. It is truly disgusting service. It doesn't make any sense? I feel like I've been scammed! First time customer, never again!! I have contacted ACL.

First purchasing from this site

First purchasing from this site. Read the sizing guidelines and purchased a sale Jean from their website. Asked if I could exchange next size up and was refused. I can understand no refunds but can’t understand why I can’t exchange for same item but different size. Will not be shopping from their website any longer.

Scammed by this company - I bought a gift voucher and they never sent nor refunded my money, been almost 2 months and I’ve had to lodge a case with my bank. Customer service non existent and they never respond to emails. Do not recommended them at all

It Seems like we all have the same issue horrible customer service and response time.you would think since they carry Ksubi in luxury retail stores like Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s they would be more accommodating but not the case and you can only contact by email .i ordered two items almost a month ago still haven’t received any confirmation it was shipped. I emailed twice in two weeks still no response.i have spent over 1k with them in last 3 months i will never buy from the site again

Believe those 1star reviews. Customer service is terrible and you can not return or exchange the item once you purchase it. Do not shop here. The sizes are incorrect and you will be disappointed.

Defective jeans, four unanswered emails, zero support

I hate sounding like a Karen but this is super annoying. I purchased a pair of Ksubi jeans that are unwearable due to what appears to be faulty denim. Beyond the original “wanted” rips, random “unwanted” rips developed in the crutch, somewhat amusing at first but became embarrassing and awkward after two wears and no washes.

These things happen but after four emails to customer support with photos and a reasonable request for assistance, I have not received a single response. No acknowledgement, no help — nothing.

It’s pretty bad. I know they monitor the inbox because they responded a previous to shipping query. #ghosted

Firmly agree with all Customer service reviews here.
Bought a pair of jeans relying on size chart and in fact, using a pair i already had as a guide. Wrong size so notified the customer "service" team i was hoping for an exchange on size.

Was illegally told no refund was available to me. have had to pursue appropriate action under ACL to get a result.

AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS. literally.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ksubi’s customer service is a joke, their operations are chaotic, and the size chart is totally unreliable. Returning items is nearly impossible, and they offer zero support. This brand is all hype, no responsibility. Don’t waste your time — shop somewhere that actually values its customers. Avoid at all costs!

Do not buy Ksubi jeans from their website! They are a scam and fraud site. They do not offer refunds nor exchanges for items that do not look like they did on the website, nor fit properly. There are third-party websites such as eBay and others who will give a refund quicker than Ksubi website will. Like the jeans, but will never buy from their site. Do not buy jeans from this website, buy from a third-party site.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – false product description

I ordered a pair of jeans from Ksubi and relied on their official size chart, but what I received was completely off. The measurements do not match what’s advertised on the site, making the jeans unwearable. I live in Italy and can't try things on beforehand, so accurate sizing is crucial — and Ksubi failed miserably.

To make things worse, I was charged unexpected customs duties that were not disclosed at checkout. This is incredibly unprofessional and feels like a deliberate lack of transparency.

When I contacted customer service, they offered no real solution, and now I'm stuck with an overpriced item that doesn’t fit, plus additional fees I never agreed to.

This company is misleading customers with false product descriptions, inaccurate sizing, and hidden charges. Totally unacceptable in 2025.

Never buying from Ksubi again — and I strongly advise others to stay away.

No exchanges or refunds for sales items

Terrible company. You need to tell customers before they purchase a sale item that it's not eligible for refund or exchanges. I spent over $260 for clothes and their response is "too bad. All the best". Very underwhelming and won't be shopping here again.

Also make some sizes that don't require you to be an 8 foot skinny giant.

Poor customer service and “policies”

Disappointed with Customer Support and Policy

Very dismissive and rude customer service assistance “Benjamin”

I reached out to Ksubi regarding an item I purchased at full price, only to see it restocked and discounted just a couple of days later. I inquired about a price adjustment or even a store credit as a gesture of goodwill. Initially, Molly from customer service seemed willing to help and asked for my order details to look into it — which gave me hope that Ksubi valued their customers.

However, Benjamin intervened, later responded and shut it down entirely, stating “once again, Ksubi does not conduct price adjustments”. The tone of his message came across as cold, dismissive, and robotic — with no attempt at empathy or resolution. Using the phrase “once again” felt passive-aggressive and unnecessary, especially when I was simply trying to have a fair conversation.

Benjamin’s handling of the situation lacked basic customer service skills — no acknowledgment of the issue, no flexibility, and certainly no effort to retain me as a customer. I’m extremely unhappy with how he handled the matter, especially after Molly showed an initial willingness to support.

This experience has left a bad taste, and I’ll be reconsidering future purchases from Ksubi. Premium brands should deliver premium service — not hide behind rigid policies and impersonal replies.
