Avoid Krixul at All Costs
We signed a contract with Krixul on 21/05/2021, hoping they would capture our wedding on 28/08/2022. This decision turned into a continuous nightmare. From the very beginning, Arun, the owner, made false promises and gave countless excuses. Their lack of professionalism and integrity was evident after we paid them thousands of pounds.
Despite our constant follow-ups, we received the final draft versions of our videos only on 04/10/2023, over a year after our wedding. The entire process was a source of immense stress and anxiety. Krixul is, without doubt, one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, bringing shame to the wedding video industry.
Arun's behavior was appalling. He ignored my calls 46 times without a single response and blocked my number, my wife's number, and both of us on Instagram. I had to use alternative numbers just to get through to him. This behavior reflects the unprofessional and deceitful nature of both Arun and his company, Krixul.
When we sought Arun's professional input on changes, including music choices, he flat-out refused to help. His lack of cooperation and disdain for customer satisfaction was shocking. In desperation, I contacted Citizens Advice, who advised me about the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even then, Krixul refused to acknowledge our rights or comply with basic consumer protections.
After months of waiting and constant lies, all we wanted were our final videos. Instead, Krixul demanded more money. Given their continuous incompetence, lies, and atrocious customer service, any reasonable company would have waived the final £400 payment after we had already spent thousands. But no, Krixul showed no empathy or understanding. Instead, they now bombard me with harassing emails.
I am sure they will reply with endless excuses for their behavior, but all I want is for Arun to call me, accept the false promises he made, and provide me with my videos.
Krixul doesn't have a platform for reviews, likely because they don’t want their terrible service exposed. I am sharing my experience to ensure other couples don’t fall into their trap of deceit and incompetence. Do yourself a favor and avoid Krixul at all costs. Their fake promises and horrendous service are not worth the stress and frustration.
