I should have read the reviews before I purchased something from them. I ordered a puffer jacket. I ordered my size, which is L, but the jacket I received is way smaller than a size L. Like many other reviewers here, I sent emails but I have yet to receive a reply. Please go spend your money elsewhere. This company is terrible.
I knew this is another Chinese-Temu-Shein version of clothing fashion stuff but what I did not know is they claim to ship your stuff already paid and I will never receive it. Off course, I sent several emails and never get a response back. I ended opening a dispute for the amount I paid, hopefully it worked. DO NOT BUY THERE
STAY AWAY!!! Ordered a pair of "linen" shorts. Spoiler Alert: They are NOT linen--instead a "cotton-linen blend"----likely 98% cotton. Reached out several times so far to try and arrange a return, but no response. Called them using the number on the "Contact Us" page, and got a voicemail message-- unfortunately I don't speak Chinese, so could not understand the message-- I left a message anyway -- in English-- NOT expecting a response.
I sent a message through the chat as instructed to contact company to return items that do not fit. They have not replied to my email or via the chat on there contact us page. Clothes are not true to size. I guess they think everyone fits in clothing made in China.
avoid all this stuff is cheap Temu quality dont order anything from this shop! you have been warned!
Sizing is completely off. I ordered XL shirts that are more like Small or even smaller

First, their size charts are off, but, the worst part is that they dont even return emails asking for refunds or exchanges - they TOTALLY ignore you.
Too good to be true. Clothes look good at sale prices but material and fit and finish are subpar in quality. Ordered a Large and it is really a medium (no size label is on it - just strange Chinese manufacturer name) so have to return. Loose threads and finish. Not sure if it is even really linen.
It's a scam. Sends cheap junk clothing that are wrong size and banking on you accept their refund of 10-30%. Multiple emails to negotiate with you so you will accept the partial refund instead of full return. You should use Paypal to get your money back if have to. Stay away from this scam website.
Their product sizing appears to be totally random and two sizes off sometimes. Returns are twice as expensive as the product making returns of exchanges impossible. You have to return to some warehouse in Asia and shipping is super expensive and slow. Extremely poor customer service. This business is suspicious. I will avoid this site completely.
Horrible quality. I expressed that I was not happy and they tried to give me 30% off. I told then I wanted to send it back. They told me I would be responsible for shipping that because in the fine print the exclude so many carriers it was going to cost $90 to send it back. stay away. Terrible customer service.
Art work is horrible. I ordered a beautiful blue paisley pattern and got a blurry mess.
The shirts are horrible quality and they will NOT follow through on a return so there's no recourse. STAY AWAY.
I think this company is the same one as Light in the box. The models and the goods look similar.
The pictures are great.
The goods probably wont be the same. The colours arnt as bright the materials are rubbish, and then you cant return them. beware and take care or be ready to lose your cash
