Great site

I've been a loyal Kooma user for years…

I've been a loyal Kooma user for years and have had the pleasure of encountering some wonderful individuals. With the recent pricing changes, though, I've noticed that by the time I type in a question using the chat feature, the session is nearly done. A £10 credit now only lasts around 7 minutes, which is disheartening. I used to appreciate paying £16 for 20 minutes, as it felt worthwhile, but regrettably, that's no longer the case.

Usually, I would give Kooma a 5 Star rating. I usually speak to two readers who are the most insightful I have ever consulted with. Yesterday I had a reading with a reader who only began giving me supposed insights at the 3-minute mark, when I had been charged for the reading and could no longer change to another reader. The advice offered, because that is all it was, I suspect, was gleaned from a quick search on the internet for gigs or side hustles. It is irresponsible for a reader to give fundamental advice to fill up the minutes. If there is no connection, end the call and suggest that the caller find another reader.

I am a psychic who works for Kooma, I have worked for other sites and i find this to be the best one. Has a Psychic we all work very hard to give you the best advice and messages from loved ones in spirit, I see some giving negative reviews. These tend to come from people who have not been told what they want to hear. I have also come across very rude customers when you tell them the truth.We are here to tell you what we see, not what you want to see. All in all a good site with genuine honest psychics.

ive had few readings over last few years. Great value 3 i loved were Mike Sabrina & my fav moon goddess
Moon goddess has years of reading. Asks nothing unless u need area names times to when things got rough in past. Strong psychic medium got my dad named people at work & family im like wow. Predictions started to happen few days ago im feeling very good now. The last few years have been very hard for me this is good service when u think NHS on line support costs 45 quid per wk counselling ect. I clearly think koomas rates are excellent value

I have had readings on kooma for many years and honestly no issues once you find your right readers. I don’t understand why people are so mad about increase in price? As we all know the price of everything is rising so will the price of the reading. The readers are genuine, compassionate and kind, trying to guide you and help you. So what if they earn extra money? The deserve it. I hope all this money or most of it is actually going to the readers. Some of my favourite are Sylvia, Sally, Aurelia, Nicola and Tristy Pixie, Alfie. They never sugarcoat but they also validate the way you feel about things right now. I will definitely continue getting readings from kooma.

Lack of integrity

I have been having readings on Kooma for many years and have no issue with the readings as it is my choice who I select for the reading and whether I choose to continue with it. My issue is with the lack of integrity shown by Kooma by not displaying negative reviews,and only showing positive ones? The reviews are unbalanced and biased which is not fair on those of us deciding which reader to go for. The reviews are more informative than the ratings and so there should be complete transparency.....I left 2 reviews yesterday- the positive one is showing but surprise surprise, the negative one is not. Surely, this myst be against legislation

I am reluctant to call with the price…

I am reluctant to call with the price increase . Have been using Kooma for years , but now it’s too expensive and the reading is over too quickly with the increased rate. Now it’s not good value for money .
I notice some readers are still advertising on the old rate why is this? Not complaining at this as these readers are more affordable but a limited choice .

I have used Kooma for many years and I have spoken to some great people on there. However, now that you have changed the pricing, by the time I ask a question on the chat option, the reading is almost over. If I buy a £10 credit, I basically get about 7 minutes. Its so disappointing. I preferred paying £16 for 20 mins, it was worth it, but not anymore unfortunately.

FIX UP KOOMA ADMIN

Kooma grest site in itself and i have my main favourite readers but the owner or workers behind the scenes are one big bunch of horrible, rude staff and im being very honest, i am a customer but i also have psychic gifts and i actually want to do it even brought my tarot cards, ive emailed you people numerous of time and you all have a damn nerve to ignore me and expect people to pay their money, i asked what is required to be a kooma reading no answer no nothing so its resort me to write a negative review because im being ignored.

Increased prices

What’s with the new pricing system if your going to increase prices at least have some decent readers on u your site and most of the readers at £1.20 per min definitely not worth it possibly only 1 or 2

Disappointed - never use

Poor customer service and maybe deception? i bought 20 minutes and i am unable to use it. Cannot login into my account or use my customer number for a phone reading. Impossible to reach customer service on the phone. If your service is available 24 hours, why is your customer service team not?

Fake and scam readers

Most of Kooma’s so called readers are fake, they basically tell you what you want to hear to make money out of you. The readers also know tricks like taking their time to respond to you (if it’s a text reading) that after 3 minutes they’ve made their basic rate. Don’t waste your money on any types of phone or online readings it’s a complete scam!

My go-to for accurate readings

I’ve been having readings on Kooma now for about 2 years. As is always the case on these platforms, some readers are better than others. I have personally had very accurate and consistent readings with Sylvia, Alfie, Joey, Maurice and Tori. They are my go-to readers as they are highly intuitive and friendly. Some of my other readings have been very generic, but I guess it just depends on the energy.
