I have written to Kooding Customer Service 3 or 4 times asking why their payment methods have changed. I don't recognize the three payments that are available and they are certainly not credit cards based in the United States. They just don't respond to emails. Kooding used to be a great company and the clothes were really nice but the last 3 times I tried to order (2024) they were always in Product Fulfillment and just never arrived, so I had to cancel for refunds. That took a very long time as well.
Scam
Awful. I purchased some clothes in January 2025. They never sent the shipment or returned my money. I told them refund my money and they never returned it.

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering from this site. First off, I love Korean fashion and I purchase my clothes from either YesStyle or from the brand’s websites directly. I decided to give Kooding a shot. I placed an order for three items from the brand JUSTONE on March 27 2025. I gave them a reasonable amount of time since I understand that it can take time to process the items. So three weeks went by and I started to get concerned what was going on. I had sent them an email asking politely if there was a stock issue on the products. A week went by and I heard nothing. I had decided to give up and just cancel my order all together, but I had still heard nothing back from them. I officially decided to go through the bank to try and get my money back. I’m currently waiting to see If I will get refunded. I’m starting to think that I may have been scammed and that they don’t actually plan on delivering the products.
An update to my review: I officially got a refund 3 months later! Take that!

I placed the order in February and I reached out to the customer service in April because the order was taking so long.
They never responded after I followed up like 3 times over the few weeks.
They never ship on time/never ship and they never respond to emails. They just take your money. And guess what, they blocked commenting on their instagram page so customers can’t complain publicly.
Please avoid Kooding.

The product never shipped
The product was simply never shipped. When I initially flagged it after a month, customer service answered immediately apologising and saying they would look into it straight away. I never heard from them again after two more complaints. No where on the site to request a refund automatically. I should have known, to be honest. Very disappointed.
DISGUSTING business practice and a complete scam. Give me my money back!
Order at your own risk
I ordered 3 items on 2 Jan and was hopeful of receiving the beautiful clothing by CNY since website stated it would take 15 business days. No notification thereafter until 16 Jan, when I was notified 1 item was not in stock at supplier side. I didn't know they do not have ready stocks with them. In the end I opt for refund for that item. I then continue to wait for delivery of the other 2 items. Sent them another enquiry on delivery and they replied that they are unable to deliver by CNY. I ended up looking for clothes from another source urgently. On 23 Jan, they notify me that another item was out of stock. This is so frustrating. They asked if I want to proceed or refund and I opted for FULL REFUND on 27 Jan. Since then, they did not reply me or update me despite my enquiries. Aren't they based in US? (I realised this only later) CNY is not even a public holiday in US and I don't understand why they are ghosting me. This is not the way to do business. Please stop the procrastination and refund me as soon as possible.

Kooding used to deliver. Something happened about a year ago, and now it is a total scam. They take the money but they do not ship. My initial order was July 3, 2024. They cancelled that order after months. They issued gift card on October 27th. I put a different order using the gift card (and spending a bit more since it is hard to find something you like at the exact price point) next day. Now it is January 24, 2025. I sent 3 more emails. Nothing. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Don't order on their website
Don't order on their website. The products are first sent from the supplier to their warehouse and then sent to your address. I ordered on November 28th. The estimated ship out date was 4-11 Dec and more than a month later the products have not even been sent to their warehouse. Whatever you want to buy there, just order it from Yesstyle instead.

used to use this site ALOT and it was always reliable. not sure whats happening recently, but it seems like everyone including myself was having issues with their order getting stuck in the product fulfillment phase/never getting shipped out.
I waited for 35 days for my order to process before I gave up and just canceled it. Unlike others, i was still able to get a full refund of my $200 around 2 days after I submitted the cancellation request.
So im trying to be hopeful since this was always a trustworthy website before, and I still got my money back now. I think their distributors were actually being slow or something, and that it was causing complications in the product fulfillment phase.

Unfortunately cannot give zero stars. They don’t deserve one star since it doesn’t even seem like the business is even running. Surprising since they update the site and instagram. You pay for the product but no updates except for automated confirmation emails. Your order will never ship and cancellations aren the only system not automated so it looks like they are purposely trying to steal your money. Stay away from this scammer.
No dispatch or ETA after over a month of waiting

I ordered on the 26 September 2024. I also made sure to order from the same provider: JUSTONE as i mistakenly thought this may help expedite the process.
At the time of ordering estimated ship out date was the 8th October. Since then my order has been stuck in 'provider fulfillment', and one item has gone out of stock. I have been in contact with customer service several times since then and I always get the exact same message back. That they are experiencing an internal delay and they will expedite my order to hopefully ship out next week.
After several weeks of the same run-around, I can only conclude this is a LIE. Especially after seeing other reviews on here. I have no idea if I will ever get my package, or any of my money back. Even though they are responsive, they are clearly intentionally distorting dispatch times on their website. If this is not resolved within a week my next step will be to get in touch with trading standards.
I have had MUCH better experience from YESSTYLE over the years. Have ordered from them several times and never an issue. First time with KOODING and it's a nightmare. Never again.
Item not dispatched after a month
I have been waiting for my baby lounger since the 6th of October and customer service keeps delaying my order saying they have not received it. I would like to cancel this order as it is taking way too long ……

PLEEEEEAAAAASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I know some of the items are cute and it’s so easy to let temptation win you over but seriously it’s been a month and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted them and everything but they keep stalling. Save yourself the trouble.
The worst overseas brand ever
The worst overseas brand ever. It takes up to a month to have items shipped even though their product pages states an estimate ship date averaging 2 weeks. Also, if you request cancellation, they do not process it until you email them in regards to it. I requested a refund a few days after placing an order and it’s been over a month and it still has not been processed. They also do not refund you in a timely manner and try to hold on to your money as long as they can until you start emailing them. Worst customer service and products take over a month to have shipped.
