Spent £75 on a cake, just a simple curly whirly cake with some simple icing for my son‘s birthday. The icing was so so poorly done that it was slipping down the sides of the Cake onto the Cake board. Delivery was a complete nightmare - we had been emailed and messaged to say that the delivery had been made when no delivery been made, with no way to contact by Phone either the delivery company or the cake company. Will not be using them again. Will not be ordering from them again. Poor Service. Very poor delivery service. We salvaged the Cake as best we could but quite frankly we would’ve been better off spending our money on a £10 cake at the supermarket.

Just had to write to say how wonderful the Stollen cake was I had this Christmas. Best one I have ever eaten!

Konditor cakes are the best and I cannot wait for the return of the delicious banana muffins 😊

Have regularly ordered the Vegan Chocolate cake for birthday celebrations. This time the sponge was dry, after checking the Best Before Date sticker, it was for the following day. Very disappointed, customer service after initially stating should have had 3 or 4 days before Best Before Date, was informed by kitchen, that was fine.
It wasn’t, only offered £20 voucher ( to be used in 24hours) as cake & delivery cost £59, this is shoddy.
It’s a shame, will never buy a Konditor cake again.
So beware, check the Best Before Date before you buy !

Ordered a vegan chocolate raspeberry supposedly for 4 people on 2/8 to pick up on the 6/8.
It was very small and at £29 it's ridiculously overpriced. But worst of all it was fairly dry.
