Plastic cover not durable
Purchased the fuse holder and installed. It didn’t last long and in 1 week of use, the plastic cover cracked due to heat from the engine bay. Just a waste of money.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I placed an order from their website and never received and email. I called the next day to find out what was going on and the person who answered asked if I use Gmail or hotmail for my email (like the majority of people in the US) and said that was the problem and to check my junk folder. I had already checked my junk folder but an email wasn’t there. I then had to repeatedly ask him to check on his side of they had my order which he begrudgingly did. I suspect he was on the autism spectrum but he shouldn’t be working CS. Don’t use these guys if you are a normal person.

Horrible customer service.
I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of car audio cables and connectors from knukonceptz, all of the items being their top of the line. When I received my items, I was somewhat pleased with the appearance of the quality. I installed everything into the car I was working on and when I tried to install their fancy, new battery terminals, they didn't fit the battery posts. I called to get a refund or exchange and could not get anyone to call me back. I tried for over 2 weeks, leaving several messages. I tried to email them as well, when I received a rather nasty email in return from Bill. He stated that he ONLY responds to email, even though I explained that not everyone has time to send emails, nor does everyone sit in front of a computer for a living. He would not offer me an exchange nor a refund and was not the least bit apologetic about the situation. I will never buy from them again....and I am an installer. I could go through $1k a month in cables, but I will take my business elsewhere.
