We wanted a silver coat hook for the bathroom but wanted coloured knobs instead of the white and black ones shown on the website to blend with the Moroccan cabinet knobs we had already purchased. Lucy's quick reply to my email said that this was possible and to just let her know which knobs we wanted. Just two days later our silver hook with coloured knobs arrived. We are delighted.

The items I purchased are of excellent quality and great value for money.

The pack of 6 button knobs I ordered looked nice but a closer inspection shows a few faults.
1 was chipped
1 was very poorly painted
3 have the fitting screws set at angles

As others have said you get what you pay for.

Didn’t bother complaining as it seems from the reviews no one got a good response or outcome from the company.

I placed a very small order (my first order) with this company and paid an equal amount for postage. The items were never delivered (they used an incorrect address) and despite the tracking stating they have been returned to, and received by the sender, they have refused to resend or refund still, and it has been almost 4 weeks. These items were for a showhome for one of my own clients. No concern on the part of Lucy at Knobbles and Bobbles of the inconvenience caused to me and no willingness to simply resend what was a £5 order but instead would rather lose future business.

I love my handles. I was looking for something different and knew I’d find them at Knobbles and Bobbles, I wasn’t disappointed. They were reasonably priced and they were delivered in good time. They were great quality and unusual, well worth the look if you’re needing to change some furniture.

I ordered one then realised I needed 5 so i messaged the lady asked if I could put the two orders together and she give me one of my postage back it was really nice of her to do there came really quick and where a great price
