Very bad customer service, I have lost $1000 with them
Don't go for this company if at all, they just suspended my accounts with $2500 in ads that I paid a few days ago, when I call they say they will refund, I purchased another campaign and another one still for $1300 but now its refunded. we have spend $3000 with them in the past month alone and I'm so frustrated, feel like going to them. feel so helpless, every time I call them, they say they have to escalate the issue etc and you will wait weeks for that.
until they sort out my issue, I will come and update but so far, I am very much unhappy with liken.

Literally a scam, my wife got charged for a few months before we noticed and we didn't ever subscribe. Hopefully the bank will refund us.

Good service, bad customer support.

My service has been down for 1 month now and i get a mail every other day with tips on how to fix it. Seems like automatic e-mail because the do not answer my questions and do not reply directly.

Why Ecwid working with rogue Kliken
Why Ecwid working with rogue Kliken. When I paid for Google shopping adv, Ecwid didn't even bother to inform me that they work through some Kliken. They took $160 and after one month my conversion rate became terrible due to Kliken. They have broken everything that I built with my hardworking. I had no refund and even no "sorry, we are teams of idio and because of that we destroy everything", nothing like that. Now it is easier to start my shop from the beginning than to improve after mediocrity аnd thif who orginized Kliken.

Elen, I am sorry to hear that your having trouble with your Google Shopping Ads - but I can assure you that it is very clearly stated that what you signed up for is run by Kliken. That said, we don't have any way to edit your site, or impact your hard work, and I can guarantee we didn't "destroy everything". I would like to be able to help you, however I don't have enough information to understand what happened with your campaign.
From a business person's perspective...How could you name this issue?
I have been charged three months for some advertising services, when I found out that none of the ads were circulating in the web. I have only been refunded the money for one month payment. Kliken has just not fail to meet my expectations but also charged me for it and now ignoring my e-mails in which I'm claiming the rest of MY money.
How could you call this?

The discussed refund has been initiated and the funds should be returned to your financial institution within 5-10 business days. If your financial institution is based outside of the United States the refund may take longer due to international banking regulations.

We don't generate fake clicks, and conversion rates very based on stores, products, and overall website health. I would need more information to help diagnose what the issue was.
