Significant concerns have been raised in terms of the accuracy and treatment of my tax affairs based on information provided to Klarity. After several exchanges, very little tangible progress is evident and I am no closer to getting clarity.

My list of charity disbursements was somewhat ignored - not in the total money allocated, but int he names and amounts.
The fact that my tax papers had been so late in sending to HMRC perhaps accounted for their lack of a reminder about the tax due in January.

Filed tax return no problem, communication could be better. Other companies do exactly the same for cheaper.
