Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. Had a chip van come to our work and the food and people were brilliant. Especially Emanuel and Chardonnay. Would definitely recommend!

Great caterers
We used KK caterers for a 60th birthday party and they were excellent. Communication beforehand was great, our guests loved the food and the caterers were lovely. Thankyou Kk- we would highly recommend you and use you again for future events.

Fostering Easter event
We had the Indian wrap van for our Easter event, the staff were very professional and lovely to our carers and children. They worked non stop and the carers and staff said the food was fantastic.
As we had so many people there was a bit of a wait so next time i would need 2 vans so there wasn't such a long wait. A few comments from carers was that it was worth the wait as it was delicious.

Hired KK Catering for our Spring Social…
Hired KK Catering for our Spring Social event and their service was incredible from the initial e-mail to the last jacket potato served!
Highly recommend to KK Catering team for their customer service, promptness, reliability & delicious food options. We'll certainly be using them again soon!

work event-fish and chips
We recently had an event at work which KK catered (Fish and Chips). The food was excellent and very much enjoyed by the 150 staff on site - the portions were very generous and tasty. The guys from KK (terry and Emmanuel) were fantastic- very friendly and obliging. They arrived in plenty time to set up and had everything ready in plenty time. I would highly recommend them to anyone with an event they need to cater.

70th Birthday
I booked the fish & chip wagon for a 70th birthday celebration for 60 guests. It arrived late, then after about an hour Tom said he couldn’t cook due to a broken thermostat. He said it had been working 2 days earlier!
The van was not what we were expecting, it looked old and dirty, not at all like the photos on their website.
We have used this company before but it was a few years ago and our experience then was so good - hence this booking.
I did receive flowers and got my refund eventually. I was so disappointed.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment and stress caused at such an important 70th birthday celebration.
We are truly sorry that the van arrived late and that the equipment failure meant Tom could not continue cooking for you and your guests. This is far below the standard of reliability and presentation that we aim to deliver, especially given your previous positive experience with us.
The thermostat unfortunately failed on the day, despite the equipment having been tested and working at the previous event, and this led to the interruption in service at your celebration
While the flowers and refund were intended as a gesture of goodwill, it is clear they did not make up for the disruption to your event, and we fully understand your disappointment.
To prevent this kind of situation happening again, we have now installed backup electric fryers in all of our units so that, if a gas fryer or thermostat fails, we can still cook and serve as planned. We have also reinforced our internal checks on vehicle appearance and cleanliness so that every van arriving at an event matches the standard shown on our website.
Thank you again for your honest review and for having trusted us in the past.
If you would ever consider giving us another chance in future, we would really value the opportunity to show you the level of service you should always expect from us.

Perfect service and great food
Tom Milner and Luke Burns were exceptional, fun, fast, professional and everything ran like a dream, the breakfast selection was perfect for our needs good quality bacon and brioche rolls went down a storm, will definitely book again

I cannot praise KK catering enough
I cannot praise KK catering enough. I needed a caterer for an outdoor 60th wedding anniversary party. They ticked all the boxes by covering the whole country and having lots of choice of the food trucks that they supplied. From initial communication and the quote I have received regularly updates via email and every enquiry I sent was answered within hours. I even received a thank you letter and a complimentary flapjack which I think was a nice touch.
On the day the caterers arrived at exactly the arranged time and the the staff on the food truck were very friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate all of our requirements and requests. I would definitely use this company again.

KK Catering Burger Van hired for corporate event
We hired the KK Catering Burger Van for the occupiers within our building. Lots of great comments from the building occupiers who enjoyed the burgers, hot dogs, chicken, chips etc. Ross and Carlos were great preparing, cooking, serving the staff and a bit of banter. We have used KK Catering before for our corporate events and both times we have been very impressed. Their communication and information in the run up was spot on, the food was delicious, and the service from the two chaps on the day was brilliant. We will definitely be using them again.

Seriously delicious food!
The food was absolutely delicious! The best fish and chips I have tasted in a long time. All of my wedding guests complimented the food, and pretty much every plate was empty afterward. The staff were really lovely too, would highly recommend! Thank you so much x
