I have made a mistake with 1 digit in the post code. Took them a while to reply but have corrected my issue and replied.
Bag has arrived and I'm very pleased with it.

No response to emails or voicemail messages left. They have sent out the wrong order and I am still waiting for them to respond and send out the correct item. Very poor customer service.

Ordered a Cross body bag via Debenhams. Quality ok but bag too small.
24/7/26 sent it back with with label they sent to me.
I have twice asked for a refund..2/9/14 I am still waiting?!
Come on Kitise stop being mean. Return my money!

Hi, Debenhams have their own refund refund system. we always send the refund once we received the item back and after inspection which can take up to 5 working days from the receipt

Bought a 2 crossbody bags, and returned 1 cause I prefered the other one and they offered free qr code to return it back
