Fantastic Service
We were let down by another supplier (large high street retailer!) who had left us waiting for delivery of a fridge for 3 months! We ordered from the Kitchen Appliance Centre on the Friday and item was delivered the following Wednesday - super speedy service and great communication. A+ service

Fantastic service from this company.
great communication via e-mail and telephone to advise when my cooker hood will be delivered. I cannot comment on the product yet as still in the box awaiting installation in my new kitchen. 10/10 for customer service though,

Staff very helpful.
I was phoned to make sure I had ordered the correct one for my needs which I knew I had as I had checked several but this was the only one that could replace an MFI one without too many alterations to the unit. I was also phoned to find out when delivery suited me. Thanks for the effort.

LUCKY DIP
THE PARTS I ORDERED WERE NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ONLINE. THEY WERE NOT WHAT I WANTED AT ALL. WHEN ORDERING ON LINE A PHOTO IS ALL YOU HAVE TO GO ON. NOT IMPRESSED. IT WILL NOW COST ME TO SEND THEM BACK

Risposta di Kitchen Appliance Centre
Hi Kate,
Many thanks for your feedback, as discussed in our previous telephone conversation, the items ordered are for use with a specific model of sink, which is stated in the listing. It is also stated that the image is for illustrative purposes only. As such we would not recommend use with any other model.
If there is anything further we can help with, please don't hesitate to give me a call.
Many thanks again
Amy
Excellent service.
Ordered on Saturday afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning. You can't ask for much better than that.
