A glitch in their online ordering system delivered the wrong order but the company acted very promptly to remedy the situation. Their customer service was excellent and included a telephone call to me to clarify matters.

Purchased the Sia earrings and the Willow hook earrings for my wedding and for my bridesmaids. They where just perfect for us. I still wear my Willow hook earrings! So comfortable on and the cute packaging they came in was so lovely. We also got a little hand written note when I received them in the post.
