First and foremost, I consider myself quite an experienced gambler and have been a member on many sites but this one just takes the absolute biscuit, and let me explain why. The site itself isn’t bad, the slots I actually had a decent return, made bonus and some payouts decent. But, like many casinos, when you win and want to withdraw your money, the trouble starts. I’m a UK citizen, PAYE worker , full British passport and driving license. I deposited £500, lost it, £1000, lost it and then thought, ok, one last go, deposited another £1000 and managed to not only win my money back but also made a profit. I requested a withdrawal of £4000. They asked for verification, which is fine, I have no issue with this and I’m used to it. Sent my passport, driving license, image of credit card and utility bill. Waited and waited…..nothing. Asked chat who said give it time but also said I was only allowed to withdraw £1000 daily, max £2000 a week. Great….. so you can make a deposit after deposit after deposit, but if you win, lo and behold you can’t take your winnings. Of course, this is a ploy to make you play and lose, which of course I surely did. At one point I had over £10k but I just continued playing knowing in the back of my mind that these charlatans are never going to pay me so what’s the point. So I had some fun, lost it and self excluded….forever. What I didn’t understand with these robbers, I understand they don’t want to lose, they are a business but omg, show some professionalism to the ones that do on a rare occasion win, and allow them to withdraw. You only lose in the end because I’m hoping whoever reads this will think, na, ain’t joking that site so your only losing hundreds if not many more players. Well I hope so anyway. Honestly, take my advice, don’t waste your time here. I’ve been around the block, it’s a terrible website. Go to a more legit well known site who will treat you properly.

This may seem like a disgruntled player who lost a lot of money,but actually, that’s not true. I won a lot of money but just could not withdraw the damn thing. So annoying but probably best in the long run. I will find a more honest and reputable site. To this day, I still never heard if I was verified. lol

The company Kingdomcasino8.io refuses to pay me the winnings I am rightfully owed, despite my repeated attempts to claim them. Instead of honoring its obligations, it continuously presents baseless excuses and unjustified delays.

This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, which damages the credibility and legality of the platform. I demand the immediate and full payment of my winnings. Otherwise, I will take all necessary legal and public actions to protect my rights.

Do not play here i won 6000 euros and they verified my account, after 12 days they send me an email and they said that my withdrawal was declined and they block my account than are scammers

These are 100% scamers I.ve been waiting 3 days and they say they want to see id proof of address sent them the same thing over and over then they say its been verified then they can pay me then they say they need to see my bank card and cvv like I should give them it yeah OK you scammers I.ve waited 43 days just a waist of time I would definitely stay as far away as possible because dies.nt matter what you put in you will definitely not get a single penny back and if I was you I.de change your bank card asap to stop them taking any money as they will take your money

Still no refund, they said I’d get within 48 hours. Contacted chat as suggested, they can’t tell me anything. Have been asked to send a bank statement to the current day (always says the word current date, no specific date). Basically unless I request a posted statement, my bank only gives a monthly statement, so I will need to wait another few days to get this. I previously asked them for proof of refund processed or refund ID/reference, wouldn’t send, just said to be patient. Will update once I send my statement. Ridiculous company, please do not play this casino!!! Cannot be a genuine company operating like this.

**3rd update.
Submitted my bank statements as suggested now over a week ago. Still no refund and almost 2 months since contact to promise deposit as per email below, just told to be patient, not sure how much more patient you can be. Here’s the email with no reason ever provided for account closure apart from breaking T&C’s:

Defo a scam try every known scam trick to get out of paying out, never known a site that gives bonus and then you default winnings for playing a bunch of games, should have read reviews

Part of Softon Ltd, (look em up) they are illegally allowing UK players to sign up and place bets and use that against them when they try to withdraw. Others to Watch are Tenbet, Mad casino,Betzner and Wintzner. Very, very bad people.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO!! I opened an account last week, made a withdrawal, sent in all of my identity documents and received emails stating they were accepted any my account is fully verified. I have received an email today saying my withdrawal was denied with no explanation, I tried to log into my account and couldn’t, I then went onto the live chat to be told my account has been closed due to higher management decision. They are absolute scammers, my withdrawal was for almost €2000 how can they be allowed to get away with this!

I read reviews about this casino and the fact that it's not regulated in this country. So they, have, I presume been banned from operating in UK. But sneaky sods have found a way round this, so they can keep raking in the money from people who are stupid enough to play on online casinos ( or at any casino or bet at bookies) and risk losing all their money. So, what they do is pose as a game on Google Playstore. These games are on the whole rated as PG3, which means a child could easily download it. However, when the download is completed, you get not the game, but a casino. Take for example a plinko style game that was advertised today while I was playing another game. The woman in the ad reckoned she was winning at least a thousand every time she played. Like hell. This immediately raised my suspicions. Swiped to the right on my phone and it's supposed to be a game called Cosmic Mars Mission. However, I figured that you wouldn't actually get this game. So I downloaded it and sure enough I get a casino, called apparently Kingdom Casino. I'd hate to think of some child innocently downloading this game and being taken to a casino. There are loads of what's supposed to be a game on Playstore, but are casinos. I have taken screenshots of various ones, which I will forward to Gambling Commission and Advertising Standards, to see what they have to say. If the games are in fact genuine and not just a front, it means the Devs are losing out to these extremely dodgy casinos, run by scammers, since their games are somehow being bypassed. I also feel Google is in part responsible, because they are allowing this to happen on their platform and are obviously not doing nearly enough to keep dodgy apps off, therefore protecting people from scams. But I don't think they care anyway, so long as their making money.Seems to me, they allow pretty much anything on Playstore, because besides unregulated casinos, they host scams galore and porn. Needless to say, I didn't register on this casino, because I don't gamble and immediately deleted the game.

Where do I even begin ? Verification was super time consuming. You need to verify your phone number prior to being even able to continue the rest of verification. So I couldn't for some reason receive a text so it had to be manually done. This took 3 days already and I haven't even started the rest of the process. Took a total of 12 days to get verified. I made a deposit of 25 euros to get a 200 percent bonus and it had incredibly low wagering. I finished wager and didn't think much of it and everything seemed in order. Until today where I received the following message:,

I won around 140 euros which may not seem like much but I'm only a low roller and for me this is a substantial amount of money. And all I got back was the original 25 euros I initially deposited. And guess what ? I couldn't even take this back because there is a 100 euro minimum withdrawal limit.

Usually when you're restricted from playing certain games you will just get a message that says this slot is restricted from bonus money and that's all. Who on bloody Earth would completely read the terms and conditions to find out if any games play would void all wins. I understand that In most places there is a max bet amount of 5 euros per spin or something. But confiscating winnings simply for playing a slot machine (which is even in the recommended section) is absolutely preposterous.

I really don't understand how they get away with it. They are absolutely fine taking your money but the moment you withdraw they ask for 5/6 documents and take an age to reply to you and get funny about the "Quality of the documents". How it is legal to take your money without checking the source of funds and then keep it after the fact, it is ridiculous. They will constantly allow you to deposit without checking documents over and over again, but the moment you want to withdraw a decent amount, lock you account and request the documents. This is all so they hope the customer gives up so they can keep the money. Their customer service is terrible, no live chat with a human and take an age to get back to you via email / not at all.
