Where to start. Absolutely amazing customer service. After I realised the T-shirts were taking longer than the last one I ordered, I popped over a email an the issue was sorted. Somehow my order has got lost in the Royal Mail system.
Kev was very helpful and couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately my original order wasn’t available but I’ve have been sent replacements of my choice with a little extra :)
Oh and the item I bought before was amazing quality!

Our order got lost in the mail, but replacements were sent out straight away after letting them know. Can't help things getting lost in the mail sometimes, but the customer service was some of the best I've seen and our kids love the t-shirts. Thanks again.

I ordered a babygrow which after 2 weeks hadn't arrived. I contacted them to let them know and they arranged for another item to be sent out and it arrived the next day. Excellence customer service to sort out the situation.

Ordered 2 T-shirts for my daughter. Original order didn't arrive so contacted via website and the service was top class. Prompt replies and very helpful. 2 replacements were sent and arrived the following day. Thank you very much will use again.

Ordered an Iron Maiden t-shirt, but after nearly 2 weeks, nothing. E-mailed the team who got back in touch very quickly. They explained the issue and offered me an alternative item. However this didn't go to plan either. Due to the delays, they refunded my purchase but said they were still going to send tge item. It arrived today. Stuff can't always go right, but it's how you deal with it when it goes wrong. Great service, 5 stars. Kev was awesome

Amazing customer service from these guys! I placed an order for my son as we are off to Guns and Roses next week, his first gig! Sadly this didn’t arrive, so I sent an enquiry and got a callback from Kev. Lovely fella he apologised even though it wasn’t his fault parcels do go missing and immediately sent links for the replacement T-shirt. I reordered and got the one Alfie actually wanted as it was back in stock result! This arrived to me the next day no issues at all! 🔥 genuinely impressed by these guys and with a young rocker on my hands I’ll definitely be back! 💯

Quick despatch but my parcel was unfortunately lost by Royal Mail. I received a fast reply from Kev who ensured I received a replacement in time. Very impressed with their customer services.

I contacted customer services yesterday because i needed a Motorhead t-shirt for a funeral next week and it was delivered today, great service

I had an issue with my order where two items were missing. Once I heard back from them they were very helpful and apologetic. The items are really good quality and I would order again. Just bad luck with Royal Mail.

There was an issue with the payment going through that I was not aware of, but no sooner did I email, then I got an answer, paid it and it was here the next day. Will use again! :)

Excellent. The t-shirts we ordered for our 1 year old are fantastic and the prices were so good compared to other places. Really impressed. Spoke to customer services as I didn’t think I’d had an order confirmation (it was in my spam) and they were super friendly and phoned me straight away to confirm my order was processed. Would highly recommend and will be using again . Looking forward to getting to post lots of pics of the T-shirts. My kid is going to look so cool.

What fantastic customer service. I thought I had placed my order too late so included a little note in case it could be sped up. The team at Kid Vicious contacted me promptly to advise they had already shipped and it would arrive the next day (which it did before midday). Much better service than Amazon (and others in my experience) and the item quality is also great. My son loves his new Beastie Boys t-shirt and is wearing it with pride!

Nice quality shirts! Fast shipping! But for the price of these tiny shirts I was a bit disappointed by the sizing, I guess too big is better than too small though.
I ordered a 6-12 month that won’t probably fit until my son is 2 and he’s a big boy lol and a 1-2 year old that honestly looks like a 3-4 year old size. So just maybe some reevaluation of sizing may be best

Foo fighters t-shirt I purchased from Kid Vicious, was too small. I contacted them for a returns form. They sent out a returns envelope + the next size up, the same day, which I received the following day. I was speaking with Kev, who was friendly, helpful, polite + professional. Absolutely superb customer care. Will definitely recommend + purchase from again.
