UPDATE: Tried to get PayPal to get this straightened out. They sided with Kiala, however I appealed and called them and the lady at PayPal told me to go to my bank and file a claim there but she seen on the email I sent that they confirmed of subscription cancelation on Sept 20th. I went to the bank the next day, submitted my case and my banker said "oh yeah, forward me that email" I did and that night Paypal had refunded my $225. Dont give up, get your money back from this scam of a company! ***

Ordered just to try. Got a pack of gummies to try with it free. Then after I received my order I get an email saying to confirm my subscription. I immediately emailed them to cancel any subscription that I didnt want anymore. This was on September 19th and on September 20th I got an email back from them saying all future subscriptions were canceled from a Beth at Kiala Nutrition. Fast forward to Oct 19 I wake up to an email that my subscriptions was on the way!!! I looked, $225! For 2 containers of the powder and a bottle of the gummies that I never even purchased in the first place! I immediately email them. No email. I emailed them again the next day after 24 hours, no response, emailed again on the 3rd day after 24 hours, still no response. I have an open case on paypal along with the email they sent me. I refused the order as well so its returning to them. If nothing is resolved with PayPal I will go to my bank as the lady I spoke with at my bank told me to do. I was able to get on a computer and manually cancel all subscriptions amd denied access through PayPal for them to even be able to get any money from me. Just be cautious with them, Im glad I have my email that they confirmed my cancelation on September 19th. Should help but we shall see.

I ordered the greens just to try it out then 2 weeks later they sent me a full subscription which I did not sign up for $225. I have been sending multiple emails and they will not respond back to me. I have American Express disputing the charge. I hope I get it back and by the way, the stuff taste terribly sweet. I can’t tolerate it.

I was charged for $228.30 through my PayPal account. I didn’t order anything nor sign a contract. PayPal denied my dispute saying that I was on a contract. I ordered 1 item back in August for $40. And got charged again for $228.30 for a contract that I didn’t agree on. Now I’m hoping my bank will help me get my money back.

I had to contact my bank directly to dispute the charges, but the company managed to push it through before I could wake up to stop it. If you are considering Kiala, save your money and your health. Between the lack of customer service, unresponsiveness, and unauthorized billing after cancellation, this company operates like a complete scam.

Unfortunately the reviews for this company were not available when I first ordered their supposed nutrition drinks. First of all there are horrible ingredients in there like sucralose, and when tried to return them wasn't able to. Then out of the blue 6 months later after my subscription was canceled they charged me for over $200 for more of the same crappy greens drink and gummies. They have been reported to my bank as fraudulent.

If there was a 0 I would give it! The company is price gouging and adding onto your subscription without notice. On their website it says $40 a tub but when I got my second cycle they charged me $120! Then added an $80 bottle of their gummies. I am so upset. And now some other reviews I see they don't even reply.

I ordered this last month. They put me in as a subscription. I cancelled that right away. I even got a confirmation it was cancelled. This morning I see a $237.50 charge to my card. I told them it was cancelled and I never ordered it. They didn't care. My card is now cancelled again thanks to them. Do Not Order Anything from them.

I rate this as -10! It is a horrible tasting product and when you order it, the refund policy states that if you are not satisfied or want to return it, you will get your money back. THIS IS NOT SO, THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE. LOOK AT BBB COMPLAINTS! RUN FAST AND FAR FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY.

I made a one time purchase, and now I have been charged for a subscription. One was item that I ordered the first time and the other was not. I have reached out by email several times ,because of course there is not a contact number. They stated that I signed up for a subscription, which I need not and every time you email customer service you get a email back with the same response. It's funny how they don't offer refunds or returns, because they know they are charging people that truly didn't subscribe to the product in the first place.

I canceled my subscription months ago and they still keep sending me and charging me for the product!! I’ve gone into the website and cancelled again and contacted them via email requesting that they do not send the product or charge my credit card and they did anyways!! Don’t buy this because they will keep sending it to you even if you cancel your subscription. I’ve cancelled my subscription 2 times and someone in cancels it at my next delivery time and sends the order and charges my card. I’ve emailed and emailed and they just tell me that my subscription was not cancelled even though I have emails from them saying my subscription was cancelled.

If I could rate zero I would as I canceled months ago in January and had to pay for the last order in January. All the sudden June 6 i get notification that my order is on the way and I’m subscribed for an order in July. I have to cancel my credit card because of their fraudulent charges.

Than a month later I was charged for a subscription which I did not realize I had signed up for. The subscription cost was over $200 for 2 canisters of the nasty drink mix which tastes awful. I went online to cancel and the website stated I had no orders so they make it impossible to cancel. I ended up having to shut down my credit card. I had to email them 4 times to get a response. When I asked to return the items, the company stated all products are a final sale. If that is their attitude then tell me that they stand behind their products!!! Obviously they don't. This company is a total scam. The original product order still has not shipped and still no refund. I wish I had looked further into this company on here before ordering anything. BUYER BEWARE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased this product last month and it was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve sent them numerous emails asking for a refund or to resend the product and they’re telling me to take it up with the delivery company. Reading other reviews I heard this product is disgusting anyways. I would not recommend them!

I ordered one shipment of this. One. If it said with my one purchase I'd be signing up for auto-shipments, I would not have ordered. I had 45 days to try it out and they are shipping me $199 worth of product as a second shipment before my trial period is even over. It says on my email there is a portal to cancel but I see no way to do so. I sent them a message to cancel this huge order but that's the only way to contact them. I'll be blocking my card I guess if I don't hear back. Stear clear. I can't even comment on if it works because I haven't tried it yet--and I'm already $300 in.

Kiala Greens is a scam. They ran a TikTok contest and promised a prize for all participants and a $5000 prize for 20 people. Kiala never awarded a single prize to anyone. People put forth the effort and Kiala scammed them. They are also scamming consumers with their product. Nowhere do they show any nutritional info like how much Vit C it has. Get your greens anywhere but from Kiala!
