Rang at 9:15 was told would be 30 minutes, nobody arrived so I rang them to find out where they were, and was told that they couldn’t get hold of the person that was supposed to be coming, told me would ring me back rang me back still couldn’t get hold of them, he asked me did I want to cancel this was about 20 past 11 , I said are they coming or not he said can’t get hold of him, so I assumed he cancelled it then at quarter to 12 got a txt asking for the postcode and address and said sorry for delay and they arrived after 12, didn’t offer a reduction in price would not recommend

Called out for an internal door problem. Got quoted £59 for the job and told 35-45 minutes. I chased after two hours and again got told 35-45 minutes. Nearly 4 hours later the job was complete in 10 minutes and the technician told me the price was plus VAT! Thank goodness I wasn’t locked outside. Awful service don’t recommend. The technician told me his car was in the garage which he’d told the office so no idea why they accepted my request and why they didn’t quote that VAT was extra!

Avoid this company. Following a burglary yesterday at my property, Keys4u sent a Locksmith from "Briggs Locksmiths" Huddersfield.

The locksmith arrived with a really poor attitude like I was a huge inconvenience to him, he stunk of B.O, he complained that parking across the road was not ideal because "I'll have to carry my tools" and charged me £58.80 for the call out and £30 to replace the lock in the front door.

He also quoted me £100 labour and £100 for the lock if I wanted the back door lock replacing as well however, because of his poor attitude I refused.

The following day crime prevention officers came to give advice for additional security in my home, the lock he installed was rated level 0 and wasn't insurance approved as well as the lock installed was the wrong size meaning an opportunistic thief could have easily broken the lock and gained entry to my property.

I had to call out a reputable locksmith today to replace the lock in the front door as well as the back door and charged me £60 less then I was quoted yesterday for the back door and only £85 for the front door which now has a level 3 insurance approved lock.

We had a problem with a bi-folding door stuck open and it was not an easy problem to solve. The technician that came round (quickly) was incredibly dedicated to getting the door at least closed. He was so kind and we're hugely appreciative

The locksmith that called was Vlad, He was polite and courteous and did a brilliant job, very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company

Excellent service came within 2hrs of calling, all was done in less than 30mins for a very reasonable price.

We wre locked out on a Sunday afternoon. The guy who came to our rescue arrived within half an hour as promised was cheerful and courteous and solved the problem within 10 minutes without any damage.
The cost was very reasonable considering the day and time and I would thoroughly recommend this company.
