Key Conveyancing Solicitors  Recensioni

A big thank you to Andrew, Maddie and the team for their efficient and professional service with our most recent house purchase. We were on a tight timeline from our developer and the team ensured they were on the ball from the get go. They really did ease what could have been a stressful time by keeping us informed and chasing updates to ensure timescales were adhered to.

They were incredibly reliable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A huge thank you to the whole team for helping us get everything over the line and making our move as smooth as possible!

Key Conveyancing made what can be an extremely stressful process, very easy for me and my partner. Professional throughout, with updates when you need them, we couldn’t be happier with the service Key Conveyancing provided.

I can’t thank Olivia enough for all her help with the purchase of my new home. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, always keeping me updated and making the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful. Everything was handled so efficiently, and I was amazed that we managed to complete in just 4 weeks! Olivia was friendly, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic conveyancer.

I would like to give a very big thank you to Olivia Wright and the entire Key conveyancing Solicitors team for their excellent support throughout the purchase and completion of my house.

A very big thank you to Olivia for all your hard work and support!

Really happy with the service provided by Key Conveyancing for my house purchase. Olivia, Jessica and Charlie kept me updated, were quick to respond to any queries and were extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Key Conveyancing Solicitors to anyone purchasing a property!

Used Key Conveyancing for a house sale recently. I have to say it was a great and very easy experience, having sold numerous houses over the years this was the smoothest i've encountered. Communication was great and detail of information as well as response times were fantastic. Olivia and Charlie were the two I had dealings with, both were great.

I had a very positive experience with the team.
Very polite, and quickly to respond any questions on doubts that have arisen during the process of purchasing a property.
Strongly recommended.

Great communication, friendly and approachable and everything was made very simple, and very clear from the start. Tasha was an excelent case manager, as were the rest of the team, always seemingly pleased to answer questions and very knowledgable with understanding of the 'heres and whys'. Just a brilliant service, efficiently conducted in a very timely fashion.

Excellent service- shout out to Olivia- who supported me throughout. The whole thing was quick and professional- would definitely use this company again!

On behalf of my wife:
Just sold our house and used Key Conveyancing for all our legal matters. We had the pleasure of having Sam Kelly deal with our case and was fast, responsive and such a pleasure to communicate without throughout the process.
Would highly recommend this business, the support team and Sam for their professionalism!

Olivia and her team were very helpful and made the sale process go smoothly, would recommend

The best ones! We sold our house through Key Conveyancing. The staff is very helpful, polite, quick in response.. i cannot describe how smooth was the whole process.
Thank you!

Very efficient and friendly staff and even understanding when we where constantly asking about matters would always recommend keys conveyancing

We were first time buyers and had a very positive experience. Olivia, Charlie and Harry all helped us through each step and made every stage clear. Responded to emails and calls and sorted out any questions we had. I also found their fee competitive, and clearly explained. Thank you!

Everyone has been extremely helpful and polite, turns around both my sale and purchase extremely quickly, less then 6 weeks. Would recommend

We used Key Conveyancing for the purchase of 2 properties via a Ltd company. We have an excellent experience and highly recommend. It goes to show that you don't need a solicitors office to visit during the house buying/selling process; everything was either done via post or their secure portal. We found them very competitive of price also.

We used Key Conveyancing for both the buying and selling of our properties and they were genuinely outstanding.

They gave quick updates during incredibly stressful times and always reasurred myself and my partner. The service they gave was faultless and I honestly would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy/sell.

I would like to give a special thank you to Emilie and Eleanor for being the POC’s and for answering my daily calls!

10/10

It was the first time of using Key Conveyancing and was certainly not disappointed. Tasha George was most professional and always friendly on the phone, helping us through some of the stressful times of conveyancing.

From our perspective the whole process went incredibly smoothly and were ready to exchange contracts at an early date. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay lower down the chain (only two parties below) but Tasha kept us informed as best as she could, explaining why there were these delays. Once contracts were finally exchanged, she informed us promptly and same again on Completion date. We’d highly recommend Key Conveyancing.

We recently completed on our house with the help of Key Conveyancing and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Harry Wild handled our case and was fantastic throughout the entire process.

His communication was excellent, keeping us clearly informed at every stage, and he was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Harry’s attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism gave us complete confidence and helped make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We would highly recommend Harry and the team at Key Conveyancing to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing service. Thank you again for all your help!

Key Conveyancing were recommended by the estate agent.
Throughout, the buying process was pretty easy. I'm not especially good with computers but going online to input information was straightforward!
Staff were polite and efficient.
