Terrible service
Terrible service! They sent a technician out to cut and program a car key for my car. The tech asked me for an additional 100$ to use to purchase a program he should have already had to program my key.AFTER WATCHING YOUTUBE VIDEOS ON HIS PHONE, The tech ended up cutting a key with no sensor for my car and told me it worked. It did not work. I paid over 200$ for a key that did not work for my car and has no sensor or fob to lock/unlock the doors or a panic button. I called for DAYYS trying to get ANYONE to send someone else out to cut a key so I can drive my car. I got hung up on, promised a call back multiple times, the tech himself was supposed to reach out to me personally and STILL has not. I had to call the New York office, and speak with a man named Luke who was wonderful, and speak to corporate in order to be transferred to the manager at the local Jasper branch. Once speaking with the local manager, I explained the situation to him and how his tech handled the situation with zero calls back, the YouTube videos, etc. the only response I got from him was “ok, I’ll try to talk to him.” I asked for a refund and he has zero hesitation asking for my Venmo account even tho that’s now how I paid the company. No apology was given by the local branch manager, he did not try to send a different tech to fix the issue or anything. I will never do business with these people again.
