I have attempted to reach out to your customer service representative multiple times, as both of the keys that I recently had made at one of your kiosks do not work. I wasted nearly $25 on 2 keys, which is ridiculous in itself, but the bad part is they aren’t even close to being identical copies that will actually work. I’ve tried contacting you all because I want a refund for my purchase’s and I was disgusted by my experience the other day, when using your machine. I haven’t written a review online yet, but if I’m unable to receive a refund soon, then I’ll certainly post my review and warn people in San ace about my own experience. I am requesting a refund ASAP.
