It's hard for many of us to use the kiosk but this was the only option. To my surprise, the kiosk was very simple. I had 8 keys made and I opted to have the smooth upgrades (this is really a neat thing). After a few minutes, the keys were make, paid for, and out the door. I went back to the facility and each of the keys worked flawlessly. Not much more to say....simple, reasonably priced, and a good working product. Beats waiting for the never available box store employee.
