Extremely disappointed with the company replacement and spare parts availability

Extremely disappointed with the service. I have been waiting for the replacement of my TV for a very long time, but there has been absolutely no action from the company. Despite multiple follow-ups through calls and emails, all I get are excuses and no resolution.

A brand that cannot honour basic after-sales commitments and keeps customers waiting for weeks/months is highly unprofessional. The lack of responsibility and customer support is unacceptable.

Would not recommend this brand to anyone based on this experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I made the mistake of not researching reviews on this company. I bought a brand new JVC DLA-NP5 projector which had a bad processor. The rep that I bought it through had to submit a warranty claim and I was given a shipping label to send it to National Pro Video to be fixed. It's going on the start of 6 weeks now and I still can't get a clear answer as to how long they will be holding my projector hostage trying to fix it, claiming the "parts are on order"! I spoke with one warranty rep who said that I should have gotten a replacement unit and not have to wait for my new projector to be fixed which is what I would have expected, but some manager sitting behind a desk somewhere made the decision they won't replace it and that I just had to wait for it to be fixed. Meanwhile I have had to cancel 2 events planned for use of my new theater that I just spent $70,000 on. I demanded they call me to give me the why and the reason I'm just out a projector right now. I was told I would receive a call and it's been 12 days now and still no call. I have followed up 3 times and still can't get any straight answers.

This company's customer service and quality control is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I will definitely never buy from JVC ever again.

I had a Bose warranty claim just a few months ago and Bose had it back to me in 3 days! WOW, that was amazing and they kept me up to date on everything via text messages! They set the standard and JVC is the worst example.

JVC is apparently now the Walmart of electronics even (at least that's how they are treating their customers) though I didn't get Walmart prices and spent thousands of dollars on my projector!

Bought the JVC RV-NB300DAB boombox

Bought the JVC RV-NB300DAB boombox, sounds lovely on speakers and line in, (Stop) but rubbish when it come's to using headphones, with the volume up full its sound like its on number -3 on the volume, you fill out a tech certificate that is supposed to give you a pass code and nothing no pass code/contact number invalid/no email address/ so you can't phone/email/or reply to techs, breach of warranty by JVCKenwood will be contacting Ombudsman monday 8/7/2024 dont buy from them save you're money,

i Have a dnx-7230DAB i emailed customer care and all i got was a message about my mic nothing about steering wheel controls ect. 1 i want to use add on swc to my kenwood how to go about it and whats needed plus i dont see any swc app on screen as for mic i plugged it in back but when i connect phone i do not see a mic on screen to voice control and as for the manual it says nothing about what im asking so some good detailed info would be great.

I contacted JVC support because I needed to create a backup of multiple mini DV video cassettes (now old and belonging to the 90s).
I admit that at first I didn’t think they would answer, but they surprised me with their kindness and professionalism. They gave me as much information as possible to proceed autonomously to the choice and they also escalated the ticket internally.
At the moment the email exchange is still active, I do not know if I will come to the desired conclusion (fortunately there is a reserve road) but the 5 stars are well deserved.
Also congratulations for the video camera, should be between 23 and 27 years...still is able to play and record (Obviously at the quality of time).

Car Audio DNX 7190

Kenwood are by no means the cheapest supplier into the car audio market.
They are terrible!
1. there are no sensible descriptions as to how to benefit from the equipment (eg there are NO PLAYLISTS).
2, No reply to 2 emails to support.
3. Serious issues with running the equipment.

For the price the quality of service functions and support is well below expectations.

In future I will NOT buy JVC Kenwood. I am sure Pioneer or others would provided better quality and support.

Publicité mensongère

Plusieurs offres de remboursement différé en même temps pour annoncer sur la publicité 40€ et finalement ne recevoir que 30€.
Je me bats pour avoir mon argent mais je tiens donc à faire profiter tous les autres consommateurs de leur arnaque. Obligée de leur écrire par courrier car ils ne peuvent pas s’en occuper par mail : du grand n’importe quoi. Je déconseille plus que tout cette entreprise.

Publicité mensongère

Mon fils a acheté chez Feu Vert un auto-radio d'une valeur de 99€ avec une offre de remboursement différé (OFD) de 20€
. Nous avons envoyé le dossier complet et il a ete réceptionné le 16 avril (preuve de la réception mar mail) et il fallait compter 4 a 6 semaines de délai maximum pour etre remboursé.
Aujourd'hui nous somme le 27 juillet et cela fera bientot 16 semaines et il n'a jamais reçu le remboursement de 20€, je les ai contacté 2 fois par mail via le lien sur la page "offre de remboursement " et on ne m'a jamais repondu. Le statut est toujours soi-disant "en cours de traitement " c'est de la publicité mensongère, nous allons donc contacter la DGCCRF pour publicité mensongère et tromperie.Je suis très déçue qu'une marque renommée trompe ses clients avec de fausse Offre De Remboursement !!!! HONTEUX
