Kenwood Chef Restore Ltd. Recensioni

I have needed a new coupling for the liquidiser for my old Kenwood Chef for ages, and managed to buy the wrong part from a different supplier on two occasions. I finally got round to trying for a third time , and approached Kenwoodchefrestore for advice. They identified the correct part, dispatched it swiftly, and it’s all working fine. Highly recommended.

These people are total professionals. I have an extensive collection of vintage mixers and they have serviced and restored numerous pieces and always fantastic work. Just had a Kenwood 701 serviced - 60+ years old and running like new now. Also my US KitchenAid converted to UK voltage - again perfect work. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I have also bought form their shop - they make sure you get the correct part and it arrives very promptly.

These guys always ship to me rapidly and I never have any issues. Always happy to buy my modern motors from them. Razor sharp when it comes to ensuring I get my deliveries in plenty of time

very courteous service. Answered my email promptly and with courtesy. Hope to do business with them in the future

Brilliant company and speedy too. My 8 year old Kenwood Chef had a slight accident and afterwards the motor sounded very rough. Found Kenwood Chef Restore online and realised they are based locally to me. Contacted Alexander and was able to drop off my Chef to him the following day. The motor definitely need replacing and I had a service as well. 5 days later it was ready to collect.
I am very happy to recommend this business and will certainly use them again if I need spare parts

In a speedy turnaround, Kenwood Chef Restore fixed and serviced my A901 to the extent that it feels brand new. Secure and well-packaged return - worth every penny!

Ordered previously but this time needed an urgent delivery of a spare bowl, splashguard and base plate with a plastic ring. I left my note asking for a quick delivery and got it early than expected! Very grateful - thank you!

This company not only allowed me to replace the motor in our well used Kenwood Chef, but upgrade the mixer at the same time. The machine has been given a new lease of life.
They offer a brilliant service, especially for the DIY owner.
Well done Kenwood Chef Restore.

I needed just the flexible part of my flexible mixer attachment for an old Kenwood Chef.
Kenwood Chef Restore was the only company (of the several online companies selling spares) who confirmed it would fit my mixer attachment.
The others tried to sell me the much more expensive whole replacement head.
My order arrived really quickly, and is a perfect fit.
Customer services responded to my emails really quickly too.

A great, friendly and professional company. They serviced and replaced some parts of my 50 year old Kenwood Mixer to full working order, that I feared was doomed to landfill.
I thoroughly recommend this company, who also provided clear information and communicated well.

Excellent service. Immediate acknowledgement of order and prompt delivery. Wish all companies were as good.

Very quick response from Alex to my email querying whether a replacement bowl would fit our kMix, ordered on Friday afternoon and it arrived the following day, which was fantastic service, will definitely use again.

Ordered parts to restore our 1980s Chef A901. New powerful motor and new gearbox; it is like a new mixer now. Parts arrived quickly, well packed, and with very well written instructions. Very pleased with the result!

would give 6 stars if this were possible

superb service restoring our vintage Kenwood ice cream maker - damaged during house move: parts sourced and replaced, excellent communications keeping us updated and very reasonable costs

can't recommend too highly

Brilliant company that responds to emails promptly, answers queries with all details requested. I had my order in less than 24 hours and the downloads supplied were very helpful with fitting. Delighted to keep my 1973 Chef working. Thank you

What a find this company is. So helpful in every way. I’m pretty clueless about how things work but Alex knew just what I needed, supplied the part promptly, together with fitting instructions. My chef is now perfect again. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for expert knowledge and efficiency. I know who to go to if I have any more Kenwood Chef problems!

Great service and really good advice, thanks. The mixer is running perfectly again.

I inherited a 1960s Kenwood Chef A701/A mixer when my Mum passed away but it was in a bad state of repair and stopped working. Alexander has fully restored it back to full working order and it now looks like new and runs amazingly! Communication from Alexander and progress updates along the way were great and the end result is far better than I imagined was possible for a 60-year old machine. Thank you so much - I would rate this service with 6 stars if I could!

Found the part I needed very easily (no longer available from Kenwood itself), ordered it yesterday and received it today, no fuss and just what I ordered. Can't do better than that.

Quick handling of order and shipping to Norway. Great service!
