From start to finish 10/10…. I was first put through to Clint on the phone whilst enquiring and still undecided on what make or model I was going to go with Mobility Scheme for the 1st time, Clint informed me of what was available that day but also informed me that the new list was due out very soon (I think the following week) he called me back when list came through like he said he would and i decided to test drive the Sportage, after test drive I sat down and ordered the model where I was informed of everything even stuff i didn’t know and even given an estimated date of 24th December 23….. Every month I received a call from Clint just checking in with my car’s progress. To say I was shocked and happy to hear my car was way ahead of estimated date to getting video from Clint of my new car then 4 days later it was ready for collection and to say I’m happy with my choice is an understatement car is fantastic and after the year we as a family have been through together as of me being diagnosed with tumour and having major life saving life changing surgery in May we could do with a bit of joy. Everytime I have had any visit to Kia all staff I came across were friendly and polite but Clint stood out from the start so much so I sent my Son down who was thinking about buy his 1st brand new car and he is now awaiting a CreedX purchase in February. Thank you Ken Brown and especially Clint a credit to the dealership

Had a horrific experience using Motorway, car sold on the 08/09/23, provided all the correct information immediately, collection for dealer was scheduled for 12/09/23. Day of collection I take the day off work only for the Dealer (Ken Brown Hyundai) to 'Abort' the purchase without notice 30 mins before collection was due. Ken Brown Hyundai had taken unit stocking finance out on the car without any notice to ourselves meaning we are now also unable to sell the car anywhere else until this is removed. Dealership were horrid when phoning to ask about why finance had been taken out and asking them to remove. We were looking for a fast and easy sale to release funds in a cost of living crisis, we are now currently stuck unable to sell a car we own due to finance taken by a dealership that cancelled their collection.

Would never trust this dealership with anything.

Unprofessional. Rude. A complete shower of s**t. Will NEVER EVER use them again. Husband bought a used car from the Letchworth branch. Not once did they do what they said they'd do. They didn't listen to anything we said. When they got it wrong they blamed each other (by name) and wouldn't own the mistakes. Appalling service. An experience never to be repeated.

So in January this year(2023) I get an email from Ken BROWNS, stating that my car needed an MOT. So I book it in. Paid a couple of hundred pounds for various work that was needed on the car. Go to collect the car and get told that it would need the tyres replacing before the next MOT. Yesterday August 2023, I try and tax my car, only to be advised that my car was NOT MOT'd . I phone Ken Browns and eventually get through. Having had no one return my calls, that I had been instructed to leave messages on "We will get back to you within the hour" Only to be told, that the MOT was not on the job sheet, no sorry or lets get this sorted. Absolutely digusted. Now taken my car to a local garage, that can be trusted!!!!

I visited Ken Brown Motors Showrooms 2 weeks ago and was met by Clint Louis, he was very knowledgeable about the Kia Sportage. He was welcoming and professional. I then went back the next day with my wife for a test drive, he was equally welcoming to her, he was not pushy, he gave us all the information we required, so much so that we signed up with him.
I would definitely recommend Kia Motors to my friends. In addition, I also had a service and MOT completed the first day and the staff there were also excellent.

Truly disgraceful, rude, unprofessional and dispassionate garage. I've never experienced anything like it!
We booked a first year minor service for our Hyundai (quoted £168). My partner had to take our new born son to drop the car off and was told that it was going to be £340! I provided proof that we'd booked it at the original cost on their own website, their response? It's not their website, it's the hyundai website (they do admit that they accept bookings through it though) and that you couldn't see our registration number of the screenshot (even though the registration number was accurate in their system and I offered to provide that screenshot but they refused).
After an hour arguing over the top of our two-month old, my partner was forced to leave without the car being serviced because he was too upset to stay.
For a family-friendly brand, I can't imagine more reprehensible behaviour than this, the woman behind the desk should be utterly ashamed of herself. I've attached proof of the quote (but redacted our personal details for privacy, again, they confirmed that the details in their system matched) to this review to show how unprofessional this garage is.

Terrible and very disappointing. I wished I’d looked at these reviews before buying a car from the Stevenage branch!

Last week I purchased a used car from this Kia dealer and went to collect it today. I was told it would have a years MOT (runs out Wednesday) and be fully serviced. BUT, neither had been carried out! I was told to drive the car away and it would be picked up Monday or Tuesday to carry the services out. To make it even worse, on the drive home a warning light came on 😱 Absolutely disgusting and as a customer I should not have to call the company prior to collecting the car to make sure it would be ready for me to take, especially as I kept my side of the bargain of paying when requested.

Went to Ken Brown Letchworth for loss of power on my i800 van

They had the van 4 days before even letting me know anything, no call. On the 4th day they adviced the egr valve was stuck open and quoted me £1800 for the repair!!

Once I said this was far too expensive they charged me £300 for 2 hours of diagnostics (£150 per hour) which in my eyes is extremely expensive, at which point I got no help what so ever. No options apart from paying £1800 and waiting 2 months for back order of parts!!

Suggested the van wasn't drivable and placed pressure on spending the rediculous quote.

Complete rip off prices so managed to drive the van away after some messing about, no help what so ever from this dealer, avoid.

Went on line found a car at the Harlow branch and paid a deposit then got a call the next day to say the car was sold. I am still waiting for the refund 10 days later. Numerous emails replies are its on its way.
Second bite enquired about another car at Stevenage advertised on the web site surprise surprise Sold. If they are sold why are they still advertising them and taking your money which could be an issue for trading standards. It will suffice for me never to use or recommend them.

Ken brown Stevenage service department Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from Them. They didn’t even get a technician to even look at my car as i feel it was dangerous to drive with a fuel leak and the car has 2 years warranty left on it. I had the car actually parked at Ken Brown Kia and was told they couldn’t book me in till the 7th of September and that I should call my recovery company to get the car home. So basically was told to take a dangerous car home with a Diesel leak. I believe this is actually illegal to do so and would like Ken brown to answer this as I believe they are very much in the wrong

Extremely disappointed with the service and waiting for a home charger nearly 3 months . I have called several times to explain the urgency that I do not have a pod point installed at home and would need the normal plug charger.
They say that there is a supply problem. When we booked the car 6 months ago we had told at that stage that I need a normal charger and on the time of order this should have been taken into account.
Not happy customer!!!
