Pacco mai arrivato, si son difesi facendo vedere che dhl ha consegnato il pacco alla compagnia di consegna locale e quindi per loro risultava consegnato

You have opened a PayPal claim before ever contacting us about your issue, and you have only done so months after the supposedly successful delivery (the order was placed in May, delivered in June - it is August now). We could have helped you out at any moment when the delivery had failed or when it took longer than expected, we have more leeway with DHL, we could have shipped the order another time or we could have simply refunded you right there and then if all things had failed. Instead, you opened a claim months later to get your money back. PayPal claims are incredibly harmful to small businesses like us. We have responded to you (in your PayPal claim) saying that we do not believe this is fair, as you could potentially scam us out of our money now. And now, you are taking this to Trustpilot to harm our reputation further.
On our side, there is nothing we could have done without you contacting us first. DHL shows the package as delivered. Our FAQ pages mention that you should contact us if you have issues with your order. You chose to wait for months which eliminates our options, as we cannot even file an investigation inquiry anymore. Naturally, not knowing if the package had been delivered or not, we chose to argue against your claim. We have had issues like these before, and we managed to resolve all of them with our customers.
Frankly, we hope to make business right with you another time. But in this case, whether or not you receive your money back from the claim, this solely depends on you.
