Excellent finish to my boiler replacement!

Punctual, Quick and tidy. Great Service and would highly recommend. I've used them multiple times.

The young electricians who came to replace the bathroom extractor fan arrived on time. The fan decided not to make the usual loud noise so they asked me if I wanted it replaced regardless. I agreed and it was fitted and for now isn’t making any noise. I know I can always rely on KDE.

This was an urgent request. We had used KDE many times before and whilst other contractors gave a timescale in days, KDE gave it in hours. The contractor was smart, knowledgeable and willing. Certainly to be recommended

Unfortunately 1st Engineer sent wasn’t Oil certified 🙈 2nd Engineer Aaron was excellent 10/10 and worth the wait. Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

We required attendance for immersion heater not working. Contacted KDE as they came highly recommended. Correspondence was immediate. Paul and James attended following day at 08.00. The job was completed to a high standard. Paul and James were very helpful friendly and a absolute credit to the company. I can't thank KDE highly enough and Paul and James. Thank you so much we were without hot water. Due to illness we needed hot water.

We can confidently recommend KDE having been customers for over 10 years. They are great communicators who keep you well informed & are always polite, attentive & professional. We have had a new gas boiler fitted & a new bathroom suite installed as well as several smaller gas & electrical jobs successfully completed by them over the years. All the staff who have visited us have been punctual, smart, friendly & knowledgeable. This is the first review we have ever written, but felt that KDE deserved a mention for the outstanding service we have consistently experienced since we moved to Frodsham in 2011.

My heating stopped working the previous night I called just after 9am. Aaron arrived just after lunchtime. He was courteous, helpful, professional and explained exactly what he was doing. In addition to fixing the problem he was good enough to perform a boiler service during the same visit. It was early March and cold I was very happy with the promptness and professional service from start to finish.

Your Workman (Dale) is a credit to your company, polite, explained everything he was here to do, cleaned up after himself (if needed) his work looks professional &
completed as work promptly.

Called in the morning, attended in the afternoon and resolved the problem. Also gave us some good advice regarding future requirements for the system.

We had an old back boiler removed and a brand new combi-boiler fitted. The job was such an upheaval for my elderly father that we just left the property for a few days and the team carried out their extensive work in a considerate manner and left the house looking great upon our return. We have used KDE for other projects and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to new customers. Excellent service.
