It wasn't really KBs fault but the package was delivered to the wrong address, so the only thing that they can do is to ensure that they use a reliable courrier.

I was moving and ran out of boxes
I was moving and ran out of boxes. This firm was on my doorstep. I ordered online and within 25 minutes had the boxes in the back of my car. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful and informative.
