Interface could be prettier but works
The design looks a bit 2015, like old-ish style buttons and colors, but it does what it needs to. I can find the slots I like in a second, deposits are straightforward, and nothing feels hidden or sneaky. I value that more than shiny graphics anyway.

Wedding hair
Great experience having my wedding hair done. Kady was so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. I loved my hair and it was worth the 3 hour journey! Thank you for making me feel so gorgeous on the most special day of my life :)

Kay is such a gem
Kay is such a gem, I came to her after a previous install didn't go quite to plan. She cut my lace to my low hairline and gave me bangs with layers, LOVE how it all turned out 💖

Good experience
I. Had a great time at Kay luxe London and Kay. Was an amazing hairstylist so sweet and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back my only issue is that the glue only lasted me 3 days and the wig started sliding back. Overall she is amazing.

I enjoyed my appointment
I enjoyed my appointment, hair was laid right and just in time for my birthday. I loved how she kept asking if I was ok just in case it was too tight, I loved that she talked through all the things she was doing just in case I had any allergies. Overall my appointment was amazing and will 100% book again.
