"hire and fire"

Ich war bei dieser Firma beschäftigt mit ein paar Kollegen und die Mentalität der Firma ist "hire and fire". Hier hat nichts wirklich gut funktioniert, die Vorgesetzten sind richtig falsch im Umgang mit den Angestellten und die Kommunikation ist komplett schlecht. Man erfährt auch nicht die volle Wahrheit bezüglich dem Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern in einer Firma. Von heute auf morgen ohne Angaben von Gründen kam die Kündigung. Wieso auch immer, habe meine Arbeit jeden Tag nachgegangen und habe bei fast jedem Termin die Wolle verkauft von der Firma Katia wie gewünscht. Ich habe alles mehr als ordentlich erledigt und musste teilweise mehr als 12 Stunden am Tag arbeiten obwohl die reguläre AZ im Vertrag nur "40" Stunden sein sollte. Der Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern ist extrem Link und schlecht, einfach falsch. Genau wie die Arbeitszeit viel zu hoch war genauso wurde das auch unter dem Tisch gekehrt. Achtung Finger weg von dieser Firma, hier bekommt man nur graue Haare und die Bezahlung ist absolut im untersten Bereich für den Außendienst. Mit dem Gehalt überlebt man höchstens von Monat zu Monat... Mehr ist da nicht drinn.

Ich habe zur Zeit ganz negative Erfahrung mit Katia. Ich bin am Handschuhe stricken und hatte einen Knäuel mit fünf Knoten, Abrisse und fast Abrisse. Habe mich an Katia gewannt und wurde an den Laden Verkäufer verwiesen. Dieser schließt aber leider seinen Wollverkauf zu Anfang Februar und hat keinen Kontakt mehr zu Katia. Dann wieder mit Katia Kontakt gehabt,und die meinten drei Knoten seien zu vertreten. Es waren aber fünf. Sehr Kundenunfreundlich. Keine Wolle mehr von Katia

What an excellent company. I've always loved the quality of the yarn, and this time they seem to have gone to extraordinary lengths to source exactly what I wanted.

He comprado 10 revistas y me las han enviado todas usadas,hojas dobladas,etc.. después he visto que las envían de la tienda más cercana,no es normal que pagues por un producto nuevo y te envíen algo usado por varias personas,increíble la falta de profesionalidad

I purchased an advent calendar, unfortunately the store were unable to provide me with instructions and told me they were available on the website. I searched the website to no avail. Contacted them through their web page for help - I only really wanted a picture of the layout where the pockets should go as I will be able to do the rest. I have waited 4 weeks and still have not had a response. The fabric is good quality but the after sales service is non existent.

Really fantastic service, I ordered some yarn that was needed in a pinch. I placed the order at 12pm with Royal Mail 48h, and it arrived earlier than expected at 10am the next day. Really really impressed

Wrong weight of wool. Not as expected yarn. Cannot get confirmation of returns as no phone number.

Ordered a pattern and wool, the pattern was advertised on the site as one size but when downloaded was 8-10, too small for me.
Nightmare getting in touch with them, when they do reply they don’t answer the question. I need to return the wool and expect them to pay the postage as it was a fault with the pattern but have had no communication on what to do.

Didn't receive my order on time and had trouble getting in touch with company. Happy to say order has now arrived.
#UPDATE Had email on Monday 13th March to say my email went into their spam folder and order will be delivered next day.

Delivery has always been fast and correct (and beautifully packaged!). I've also had really great customer service experience whenever things haven't gone to plan — for example, I recently made a mistake on my order and ordered one too few skeins, but didn't want to have to pay shipping a second time on a single skein order. Lisa promptly responded and helped me get a refund for the shipping on the second order so that I wouldn't have to pay twice. Thanks Lisa!

Amazing customer service! My order did not arrive (totally the fault of the delivery company), Katia.com responded to my email within 30 mins and arranged a new order with next day delivery (different courier). I can now complete my crochet project in time for Christmas!
The wool is lovely to work with and I will be ordering from katia.com again.

Unfortunately, an order failed to arrive. I contacted the Katia team who followed this up for me . A replacement parcel was sent and I am looking forward to completing my project. Throughout this process, the staff at Katia were courteous and responded promptly to emails. My experience of dealing with the Katia was a positive one and I will definitely order from them again.

I recently contacted customer service to locate a couple of patterns I had seen, but were not listed on their website. Lisa came back to me almost immediately and managed to find both patterns for me in the archives. It's refreshing to find such amazing service and Lisa was very personable and friendly. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I've been shopping at Katia for the past two years.

Their products are great and very reasonably priced. Sometimes it's tricky to see the true colors of yarn on their site (which is a struggle with every online yarn store), but their color range PDFs are really helpful.

Today I contacted customer support because I made a mistake on my shipping details. I used their contact form, explained the issue, and they responded in under an hour confirming the correction.

I'm simply thrilled with their products / service. I can't wait for my next order to arrive!

I really love their yarn quality. I'm finding bigger more popular brands (although Katia is fairly popular)don't necessarily have better quality yarn. They are one of the few that sell my favourite yarn: Tencel with cotton. Plus they have other eco yarns too. They seem more environmentally conscious than other brands.
I had a slight problem with delivery (completely not their fault, but the delivery company being unreliable or rather not updating me on weather/flooding preventing delivery) & they arranged a redelivery. Plus were kind enough to let me keep the first delivery when it turned up a bit later. Would have been nice if they had a customer service number but they don't. However, they do reply to emails sooner or later)!
