One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Although the office constantly asked for communication by email regarding every issue, all of my emails about my health situation were completely ignored, and my attendance rate was continuously used as a threat against me.

My extension request was also negatively affected because of the negative feedback I gave about the school. At first, my one-month extension request was accepted, and based on that approval I made accommodation plans and paid for my dormitory in advance. However, after sharing my negative experiences and complaints, the school later rejected my extension request. As a result, all the dormitory payments and living expenses I had arranged went to waste, causing me serious financial difficulties.

Even though I sent many emails explaining the situation, the school continued to ignore my concerns. While studying in a foreign country, instead of offering support, the office only focused on threatening me about my attendance. It became very clear that they could not tolerate negative reviews and, because of that, they were unwilling to help me in any way.

In addition, unlike other students, I was not given the exit exam that was normally provided to everyone else. This made me feel that students were being treated unfairly and differently. Unfortunately, it was a five-month course experience where all of my effort felt wasted.

If you are looking for a school abroad that will not support you or take your problems seriously, then I can definitely recommend Kaplan. However, it seems that you are expected to leave only positive feedback, because any negative comments may eventually be used against you.

Even though I already had a B2 level certificate before joining the course, after completing five months of education I was only able to receive a B1 certificate. Honestly, this is unbelievable. I had already earned my B2 certificate five years ago, so receiving a lower-level certificate after five months of study was extremely disappointing.

I would also like to mention that I hope you can eventually replace the old chairs in your garden area with cleaner and newer ones. The broken chairs in our classrooms should also be thrown away as soon as possible. Considering the amount of money students pay, the level of maintenance and care provided by the school is nowhere near acceptable.

Yes, I am making another negative review. I just hope that this time you will not try to threaten me again because of it.

Ce qui est intéressant, c’est la disponibilité des intervenants de KAPLAN. Et bien évidemment de SARAH qui a toujours été présente et ce qui a été très importants pour nous. Donc ce que l’on dit -c’est votre notre totale satisfaction. Bien à vous, tous. Guy MEUNIER.

Me parece muy poco profesional de su parte no brindar una respuesta coherente, directa y oportuna respecto a la cotización que solicité para estudiar en su casa de estudio. He recibido múltiples correos sin obtener una respuesta concreta a lo que pedí desde el inicio. Además, escribí por WhatsApp, envié toda la información solicitada y aún así no he recibido seguimiento; incluso me han dejado en visto.

Sinceramente, me apena haberlos contactado. Considero que la falta de atención y seriedad en estos procesos refleja una gran falta de compromiso y organización.

No se tomen la molestia de volverme a contactar. Obviamente, ya no tengo ningún interés en hacer el proceso con ustedes.

Nunca em barquei em viagens longe, mais agora tenho 20 anos e quero conhecer lugares diferentes e aprender o idioma inglês , assim fica mais fácil de viajar pelo mundo, já conclui meu ensino 2024,hoje estamos em 2025 e não tenho trabalho nem faço curso etc.... Seria o sonho em barcar nessa ventura e conhecer novas amizades e lugares incríveis....

My experience is so good. I have improved a lot

I spent a really nice time at the Kaplan International, both, online and face to face and i would recommend Kaplan to anyone who wants to learn or improve their English. Stuff is great, teachers are cool, atmosphere is amazing, learning curve is easy.

My experience in Kaplan it was good and great I would like to come back to Kaplan

Kaplan is one of the best English schools around Australia in my opinion. I’ve had an opportunity to live in two different cities and study in two different schools as well. So, I’m definitely recommend Kaplan to everyone that pretends to live overseas because this school has a great material provided in class and a perfect structure to help the students to improve their skills.

My partner attended this school for 5 months starting August 2019. She is from Colombia. Our experience at Kaplan was very poor. From day 1 her schedule was changed without notice. She put her name down for special classes which were then also changed without notice meaning she arrived at school at the allotted time only to find it changed times without notification. Emails to the director on this topic went unanswered. The teachers varied from reasonable to absolutely useless. Classes were cancelled due to the schools lack of proper air conditioning and when we followed up for replacement times the emails again went unanswered. Only when we involved the migration agency did the school finally respond. Kaplan are using their respected name to charge top dollar but at this school the reputation is undeserved. Highly disappointing and we would not recommend this school at all.

Mi experiencia en Kaplan fue muy positiva, ya que conocí personas de otras culturas, mi inglés mejoró muchísimo especialmente el listening. Además el staff siempre esta dispuesto ayudarte en diversos temas como trabajo, acomodación , legal entre otros.

私は4ヶ月間アデレードのKAPLAN international languagesで学びました。
スタッフの方々が本当に優しく、初日から丁寧に説明して下さりました。
仕事探しもサポートしてもらいました。
履歴書の書き方など、わからないことばかりだったのでとても助かりました。
授業以外にもたくさんの活動があり、それを通じてまたクラスメイト以外の友達も出来ます。
先生は人によって合う合わないがあると思いますが、教え方が上手な先生ばかりでした。
どうしても合わなければスタッフに言えば変えてもらえます(笑)

他の都市で学んだ事がないので正確には比較出来ませんが、アデレードはシドニーやブリスベンなどと比べたら日本人は少ないと思います。なので、積極的に英語を使わざるを得ない状況に陥ります。

都会と田舎がいい具合に交わったとても良いところだと思うのでとてもオススメです。

A escola tem bons professores, porem as instalacoes da escola estao terriveis, tive 3 dias de aulas canceladas pois o ar condicionado quebrou e nao arrumaram, alem dos banheiros estarem sempre com mau cheiro e com uma privada quebrada(ficou quebrada pelos 3 meses que estudei aqui e ninguem arrumou).

Kaplan International English - Adelaide is a great place to improve your english skills effectively. Teachers and staffs are friendly. I had a memorable time in Adelaide
