Order not received
I placed an order with this brand about a year ago and still have not received it. That alone is disappointing, but what made this experience worse was the owner’s behavior online.
After repeatedly asking for positive reviews on Instagram, the owner publicly attacked an influencer with around 1,000 followers who offered calm, constructive criticism. The influencer simply pointed out that review platforms are meant for honest opinions, and that asking only for positive reviews is not very ethical.
Instead of responding professionally, the owner resorted to body-shaming. Seeing a business owner react this way, especially toward someone with a much smaller platform, was shocking and unprofessional.
Between the unfulfilled order and the lack of basic respect, this has been a very negative experience. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Really impressed with Kaima Cosmetics.
I ordered two item which were dispatched in a couple of hours, and I placed my order during sleeping hours, 2am ish, and I have my item today in under a day and a half, that's brilliant, my last order elsewhere took 7 days to dispatch lol and the cosmetics themselves are very pretty

I made an order from this kaima cosmetics on Nov 24 2025 .I have yet to receive my product.
I have emailed them twice and have heard Nothing!! I know that shipping may take some time but it's going to be two weeks or more to hear and receive my product
They Kaimacosmetics dont even have a telephone number to speak to a live person. I dont think I will purchase anything more from this brand..bad taste in my mouth.

Ordered a few bits in May. The diamond pearl pressed pigment in silver slay is lovely! And the luminescent silk pressed pigment in bewitched is good too. But I wasn't so impressed with the pressed duochrome foil eyeshadow. The shade rainbow jewels was disappointing and not very visible. The shade fallen angel was better but still not great.
For the price I would order elsewhere unfortunately.

Awful customer service and products are not as advertised.
I can name so many different brands/products that are much better and worth your time and money.
Product flaky/lots of product fallout
My original review was deleted, for some reason! I purchased a chrome eyeshadow palette earier in the year, and the product looked good on first glance. But on application it was flaky, creased quickly despite using my usual eyeshadow primer.
Not worth the cost at all, and top that off, I then saw the contraversy surrounding the owner.
Insulting someone's looks because you didn't agree with their opinion/review is awful - totally disingenuous as a brand. Calling people fat and making fun of their skin, especially as a makeup brand, is the lowest of the low.
Horrifying
This fatty won't be buying their products ever again. Used to love their eyeshadow pallets, but after seeing how they treat people like me, hard pass.
Avoid- poor quality
Cheap products that don't work well on your skin, gives shein, temu, ali express etc quality.

My go to for the best pigments are Give me Glow, House of Glitter & W7 never disappoints

I unfortunately purchased a few products before finding out how the owner behaves. I wish I’d have saved my money on several levels. The products were far inferior to what had been hyped. The colour payoff was boring at best. Don’t waste your money!
