I’m writing this review to help others avoid what I went through. I stacked three Kaged products — Kaged Pre-Workout, Kaged Clean Burn, and Kaged Intra-Workout — following the recommended serving sizes. Within a short time of starting this combination, I began experiencing heart palpitations, which were later diagnosed by my doctor as atrial fibrillation (AFib). Along with that, I had constant loose stools and digestive distress that didn’t improve until I completely stopped taking all three supplements.
I have no preexisting heart condition and had never experienced anything like this before. The only change in my routine was introducing these Kaged products. After discontinuing them, my heart rhythm and digestion returned to normal.
Please be cautious if you’re considering stacking these supplements. Even products marketed as “clean” or “natural” can have powerful stimulants or ingredient interactions that affect your heart and gut. I’m sharing this in hopes it might save someone else from a similar or worse experience.

I can't speak about the quality of their products because they didn't bother sending it in the first place (though definitely took my money real quick). No contact with the company for a week after the order after email and phone call attempts. Only finally received any correspondence when I wrote and advised them I would be disputing the charge as I felt their silence was part of a scam after a week of waiting. I will say though, that the person who finally got back to me was polite and gracious and offered lots of apologies, though no attempt to make amends and keep my business.

Don't believe the 5 star reviews. I ordered a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard a thing about it. I sent in an inquiry and they told me the product was back in stock and would be shipped asap. Checking the "shop" app the status still shows "preparing shipment" which has been the case since i ordered it. I sent an email asking them to cancel and refund my money. No response from them as of yet.

I have had the worst experience with Kaged Muscle, and they have lost a loyal customer of 8 years without any care or regard. I used to avoid buying directly from them due to their U.K. warehouse constantly being out of stock and overpriced compared to other stockists. Unfortunately, I never had any issues until recently, when the taste of the Pink Lemonade preworkout—my go-to product for the last 8 years—changed drastically. It tasted sour, almost like it had been mixed with cherry flavour or had a horrible marzipan taste. Thankfully, the stockist I was newly using, iHerb, refunded me immediately but claimed Kaged took no responsibility or accountability.

Assuming iHerb had sold me dodgy stock, I repurchased directly from Kaged’s U.K. site, but this is where everything went downhill. I ordered 3 tubs costing me over £100, and the taste was just as bad as the iHerb order—disgusting and clearly off. When I contacted Kaged’s customer service, it was an absolute nightmare. They were rude, abrupt, unapologetic, and dismissive. They made numerous errors, from initially telling me I could refund, then saying I couldn’t, to conflicting statements about the flavour profile not changing versus adding more flavour to mask vitamins. I finally filed an official complaint only to be totally ignored with no follow up, and the whole process was a mess.

I went online and found numerous complaints from January 2024 onwards about the awful change in flavour of the Pink Lemonade, and even more about their terrible customer service. For such a small company, you’d think customer care would be a top priority, but Kaged has missed the mark completely. Perhaps this decline started after their falling out with co-founder Kris Gethin, but whatever the reason, the product quality is now shocking, and their customer service is even worse.

I won’t ever be back, and I urge others to take caution. If you ever have any issues with Kaged products, don’t expect any help from their customer service team, even if it’s a clear quality issue.

They confirmed the order #567114 and then ... deleted it without any notice. I found out about this only 10 days later, having written to the support service myself. This was the answer: "our fraud detection software has flagged your order as potentially fraudulent due to a mismatch between the IP address used for the purchase and the provided shipping address ... ". Who cares about my shipping address? Meanwhile, this company still continues to literally bombard my email with advertising spam (!) several times a day. Thank God I didn't buy this company's products because I was convinced that they would at any time blame their mistakes on software or something similar and get away with it. This is the first American company in my experience that screwed up at the order stage ...

Horrible customer service. Customer agents forgetting their own emails. Only after the weeks of communication I was able to get a refund. Zero care about customers.

Please Don't Buy This or any Supplement From Kaged UK it doesn't exist for weeks I've been trying to get details of the oven £60 pound I sent to Kaged UK an all I get the odd time is that my Parcel is on its way but the Shop app keeps saying they have the data but no Parcel this is going on way to long I have sent 7 emails asking for my money back an never a word back to say what is happening Please take this Advice an don't waste your money Kaged UK Has No Communication or even a phone number that works I Promise you that your throwing your money away here Don't cause yourself all this upset An I have been told by my gym there is honest an decent UK sights that actually truly work Please Don't Put Yourself into this mess To Many People Are Caught With Kaged UK Don't Do It

Their website says the order is fulfilled and I am still dreaming about when my product will arrive. This is the first time I ordered and probably not going to order again. Also no customer Support.

Best quality supps out there!! Everything is naturally sourced, never artificial (good look finding another company that does this!)

All products are 3rd Party tested, and the range is getting bigger and bigger!!

I do wish they'd bring more options to the UK store, but tbf it tends to workout cheaper ordering from US store anyway, even with the shipping cost! Worth noting

Absolutely outstanding customer service speedy delivery from America to the uk, the pre it’s self is unreal ( grape flavour) the energy I had for my training was sick will be buying again and looking forward to trying other flavours

Always no stock, even before quarantine. Prices way more expensive then in US. Sending by email promotions, some kupons and they not working in UK.

I’ve been a regular customer of Kaged muscle for a while now and value the quality of there supplements. But I place an order 101775 almost 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a shipping confirmation email. I spoke with Jose at customer services and he assured me it was ready to go. I’ve sent emails everyday for the last few days and as yet had no response. So my faith in Kaged muscle is almost gone. I am going to go through PayPal and seek a refund. This could be the last time I use Kaged muscle. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Some of the best supplements I've come across in many years training. Premium quality ingredients, yes the price is higher than your average supplements but well worth it when you think about what you're getting.
