Customer service is absolutely terrible!

They are crooks, don't not take a loan from them. They will try to drag you past the 3 month early pay option and make you pay the full interest. I am filing a class action lawsuit.

They called to confirm I received my product in good condition and if I was satisfied with it.

Absolute crooks. Did 3 months same as cash finance for $5k, called them 2 weeks before final payment to pay off amount $27, and paid what they told me. 2 months later they start charging my account. When I inquired they said I was $26 short so now owe them $6000 or $3006 pre payment! If this has happened to anyone else please respond to this review as I'm looking to start a class-action. I'm sure I'm not the first person theyve done this to.

This was the quickest and easiest financing I have ever done. I was approved in minutes.

I was surprized they were open on new years eve. Recently divorced, moved into a new apartment and needed a new bed. The online application was quick and after picking out a mattress and box spring I also found a night stand that I really liked. Got it all packed and into my truck in less that 1 hour from start to finish.

I wouldn’t work with them no communication!

Worst company i ever deal with i call to change my payment to 90 days option they charge $29 dollars to take payments automatically. Then they have the worst people talking and don't help you at all or give you the information you need im never leasing anything with them again i would give 0 star if possible

Don’t trust them. They will do anything to steal your money.

First of all that sales person lied to me he said that there was no down payment and that I could pay any amount that I could afford then they delivered to furniture but they wanted me to pay 3 payments per month and then set up the payment's on the wrong day I told them that was not explained to me the sales person lied. To get the business and money I talked to someone he argued with me because I told them to come and pick up the merchandise he said he would not take it back. I told him I could bring it back then he yelled at me saying he wouldn't accept it that if I returned it that he would leave it outside .that I had to pay for the merchandise. I said no I don't then they finally worked out for the people to come pick up the furniture this was a terrible thing I kept the washer and dryer set. now I checked me Gmail and it said that there's a amount due of .0.2 cents due!!! I must pay it or they will come to pick up the merchandise!!!!! the payments are deducted from my bank account!! automatically!! Really I'm just so upset this is crazy I will never do business with them ever again terrible business awful!!!

Terrible company. No interest for 4 months but lots of pre payment fees and pre payment tax fees. Will never use them again. Not to mention the salesperson did not explain that part to us.

Very helpful and accommodating. The people who delivered my items did a good job is keeping it clean and putting it together. There was a sight problem but they were able to resolve it in no time. Thank you! I am a one happy customer here ☺️
