I honestly don’t know where I would be without Kabir Family Law. I came to them at one of the worst points in my life. I had been arrested following allegations of domestic abuse and was on police bail conditions. Everything became very difficult and I was scared that I would lose contact with my little daughter.

I am Italian and sometimes I struggle with English, especially when people use legal words or when I am under stress. They were very patient with me and explained everything in a simple way that I could understand. They never made me feel embarrassed for asking questions and always made sure I knew what was happening with my case.

As a father, there is nothing worse than thinking your relationship with your child might be taken away. I felt stressed, confused and did not know what I was meant to do next. They listened to me, explained things clearly and gave me a plan straight away.

What really amazed me was that they helped me secure interim contact with my daughter at the first hearing, within about a week. I cannot explain the relief I felt. I went from worrying that I would not see her properly, to having time with her again while the case continues.

I approached this company to get assistance with a scotts schedule. They provided the initial consultation very quick which was impressive. However they said could assist me with the scott schedule on short notice. Did give me good pointers tho

I was told i had to wait a week for a further appointmwnt as they were fully booked up. The advice was great but cannot be waiting that long.
