We had an extremely disappointing experience with this tour operator. Less than 48 hours before our scheduled trip, we received an email informing us that our tour had been canceled. However, to our shock, we later discovered that the tour was not actually canceled, as our friends who were traveling with us were able to join the tour as planned! It seems the operator canceled on us simply because we were a smaller group, likely to make room for a more lucrative booking.

To make matters worse, the operator did not offer us any alternative options, and we are still waiting for our refund weeks later. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They are unreliable, not customer-oriented, and clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.

Stay away—this company is not to be trusted!

At 7.30 pm on NYEve the tour was cancelled due to "Public Holiday"
YOU knew when you accepted the booking and took my money that this was a public holiday in your country. I DID NOT.
To leave tourists stranded at such short notice is NOT an acceptable way to run a business.
Despite receiving a prompt refund, I also request compensation for cost of car hire and petrol for the day.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO FULFILL YOUR BOOKING.

Best tour company in Amsterdam. We had great experience with K7 Travel. The tour guide was awesome! Great service!! And comfortable car! I will definately recommend it to all travelers.
