comprehensive, efficient and friendly service
I recently had to make several changes to my Just Landlords policy as the property became vacant and then was sold. On both occasions I contacted Just Landlords by phone and received prompt and efficient service from a knowledgeable customer service agent. The policy changes were agreed and paid for over the phone and within minutes a confirmation email arrived with relevant documents. It was a refreshing change from the usual interminable wait experienced with other organisations. Landlord insurance has become more difficult over the years with the usual big insurers who often do not want you. Just Landlords really understands the problems and treats its clients with respect, providing a comprehensive, efficient and customer friendly service. To be recommended.

Good service
I called to check on the progress of an amendment to my policy. The staff member was professional and friendly. She ascertained great details of my query and then provided the information I needed to resolve my query. Also she provided additional information on my policy regarding any changes to the price.
Overall a good experience.
