Disappointing refund experience.
As advised when I returned 1 of the items to you, I bought 2 Walrus items both supposedly large.
Quite clearly pullover needed to be an x-large size.
This is very difficult for the consumer when the items
ought be clearly large or x-large.
As such I felt that it was legitimate to request a refund of my return postage of £3.75 as the size error clearly was not my fault.
It is disappointing that you did not include this in the refund to me.

Cutter and Buck waterproof coat, fits perfect and really comfortable. Delivery was a bit long but after a phone call to company, they explained that the reason was they had been away to the PGA Golf show.

Failure to fulfil the purchase
Failure to fulfil the purchase-It’s taken 8 days since payment and their confirmation of shipping,4 emails ,one sent by reply to the shipping email address and 2 via the admin email address and 1 via PayPal to achieve nothing! Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement so PayPal has refunded my cost. The company clearly hasn’t heard of Customer Service-Beware!
