Campervan was high spec and lovely to drive. All my issues are directly attributable to terrible service. Unfortunately we were given a camper van with no gas and no toilet chemicals (despite paying additional fee for both) and personal belongings of previous guest still in the camper van showing it hadn’t been cleaned and cleared properly. After numerous wasted phone calls trying to troubleshoot endless heating errors on control panel we realised the errors were due to an empty gas canister. We had ran out of gas on day 2 of our trip despite paying additional fee for a full 15kg tank which was simply not provided - completely unacceptable. As we were not given the gas we paid for it resulted in a camper van without heating, no hot water or cooking facilities and a camper which drained the fresh water tank to protect pipes from freezing in cold temperatures. This completely ruined the trip as the camper wasn’t fit for purpose - it was February in Ireland which is cold and wet. Several more phone calls to the company and it was clear no one would meet us to replace the empty gas.

Currently trying to work with complaints team to get a refund. Customer service on the phone are terribly apologetic but unable to put you in touch with manager to discuss grievances. Absolutely no standard of service has been provided from the Belfast branch. When returning the van no manager was available to discuss issues and I was assured I would be contacted by manager on Monday morning - no contact has been made and despite calling twice I have yet to speak to Belfast manager.

Complaints team take up to 10 working days to review and decide on refund so the frustrating and disappointing saga of what was meant to be a holiday continues.

Great service from everyone

I felt disgusted and scammed by this company. The vehicle I booked, and went to view well in advance of the pick up date, was not the vehicle I ended up receiving. They gave me a vehicle about half the size I ordered. They claimed its on the small print they can do this, no apology.

Stay clear of this company if you font want let down badly

The staff, esp Nicole and Steve for making the booking smooth and always being so helpful these guys are the reason we return to this rental 💯

Easy pick up and walk through of how our particular model operated via control panel functions. Staff are sound. Rented for a week to tour West and South coasts. Loads of places to book into or just pull up for the night. Although I requested a manual, was advised all the models are automatic. Not a problem in long run, just to be aware that there's no manual models. Will likely be back next year

Rented a 4 berth Motorhome from Belfast branch and had an amazing experience. Nicole was fantastic and explained everything in great detail before we left. Highly recommend

We rented a 6 berth motorhome from the Belfast office. Firstly the actual online renting was straight forward and easy then the guys in the office was more than helpful even helping me with a route plan. The motorhome it's self was like brand new and easy to drive. We had a great time and the return was just as good as pick up definite 5 stars for this operation.

Good clear Instructions on booking followed up throughout easy to talk to someone. Collection went smoothly and great experience definitely do it again

The collection and drop off was effortless and they show you how to use all of the features within the motorhome, had no issues with the vehicle and if I had any questions I could ring them up and they were happy to help

Motor home was superb, staff could not have been more helpful. The booking and handover processes were quick and straightforward.

Great motorhome: poor preparation sadly before we collected- no value pack, had to buy sheets, duvet cover and towels from Lidl!
Previous users- some personal items left in cupboards, under mattress. No toilet disinfectant in the waste container!!
Ireland magnificent- still had a great time.
JustGo response below suggests I did not inform them! I did the day after collection and received a credit for items purchased from Lidl.
Ref: cleaning- eye mask, contraceptive pills left in the Van- was it cleaned? Not very well
I have emailed JustGo to clarify- hopefully they will correct their Review which is inaccurate and inappropriate

The Camper was in fantastic condition and a dream to drive. There where a few issues however. On leaving the Johnston Complex and arriving at our first stop we realised there was only bedding for one bed not the two we needed so we had to drive into Ballymena and purchase new bedding for the second traveller. Then the bedding left for myself (Which had been laundered) had cigarette burns throughout both on the duvet and pillow cases. I am totally anti-smoking and this was a turn off big time. I believe more care should be taken to check these things as initial experiences like this stick in the memory.

Book my first camper van from the just go RV super centre Carryduff. I'm retiring next year I'm thinking of purchasing one so book the size layout that I hope to purchas. I have to say it couldn't have been easier they talked us through everything took it for a 5-day hire. On the day of pick up. everything was gone through there's also an app that can give you guidance if you get stuck I have owned caravans but this was the first motorhome I'd ever tried I have to say I really enjoyed it. It was a great experience and I learned a lot about the layout and what I require for the future I have to say the staff were great at explaining things. Barry sales Rap was also great he's looking for one in my price range fingers crossed. Great experience would recommend it if you are thinking of purchasing one or just want a great holiday.

Incredible way to see the wild atlantic way. The motorhome was so comfortable and had everything we could want for our trip. From our collection in Belfast to dropping it back 10 days later, everything was perfect. We have done camper trips in other countries and this was by far, the best. The motorhome was so comfortable to drive and to live in. Extremely spacious and modern and everything worked. The bed was massive and really cozy to sleep in. We were so happy with the kitchen the full length fridge. We like to cook our own foods on our road trips so the kitchen was a fantastic touch. It comes with 3 gas hobs and an oven. A special mention has to go to the bathroom / shower. A rotating shower is really a genius idea. Such a good use of space creating a large shower area with piping hot water. There is so much we loved about our motorhome and we definitely be using JustGo again.
