Pure scam website. Bought something through Living Social from this site. Item never came after paying additional for quick delivery. Living Social redirect to Just Gift Direct email that goes unanswered. No resolution, no refund and no item. Will also never use living social again either

I placed the order in November and have not received my parcel or reply from seller. Disgusting. Do not buy from this company and it was from Wowcher.

I ordered something via Wowcher and it hasn't arrived, I paid extra for quicker delivery and it's not arrived. I have emailed this company and had no reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Scam scam scam. Misadventures items with pictures from other brands. Proceeds to mail absolute rubbish. This company should not be allowed to operate. Disgusting that various voucher sites support the distribution of this rubbish. Do not spend your money with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY OR WOWCHER. I paid £13.99 for express delivery to ensure the iPad would be here for my sons birthday and as the rest say it's a complete scam. I don't even think thr EVRI site they send you to is real as Evri can't be having issues getting 133 people's parcels to them. Wowcher ought to be ashamed allowing people to be ripped off. They don't care as long as they get their money. I'll never buy from Wowcher again

If I could give less than one star I would. I placed an order via Wowcher. The delivery date given was on or before 25th Feb. I paid £5.99 delivery charge. It did not arrive escalated to Just Gifts took them to the 3rd email to even answer me saying they would look into it and get back to me. I have asked numerous times for this order to be cancelled a a refund processed and this request has been ignored. Escalated to wowcher who tell me this can be delivered up until 8 working days not including weekends. They keep giving me the same generic response. Have now asked for their CEO name. Why are you given dates when they quote this 8 day delivery in the fine print. Had I seen this fine print when ordering I would not have done so as it was for a birthday present last friday. I had to but another. Absolutely terrible service from Just Gifts and Wowcher.

not much to say just read all other reviews same as me, Ordered an item ,stuck in transit ,they then sent a new email saying they just sent it again, im in talks with Evri. was someones birthday present. if no resolve will report them to fraud online and trading standards. Wowcher and evri should cut ties with this company. Its as useless as trying to fill a water bottle with a hole underneath.

AVOID. LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE ON HERE. Bought an unbranded S24 Ultra phone via Wowcher for £49.99. Had to also pay £9.99 delivery on top. Evri (most useless company ever) collected the phone on 27th and it's now the 10th of Feb and still stuck on collected on 27th.

I messaged Just Gifts direct who claimed to have sent a replacement out with the same tracking number as the 1st. Surprise surprise = nothing received. They kept telling me they've asked Evri to make sure it is delivered. Eventually today I got an email saying they're asking wowcher to refund me and I should get money back in 7-10 working days.

How stressful, they've had my money and I've been chasing Evri (most unreliable company ever). I've literally been waiting 3 - 4 weeks before I get my money back and still never got the phone.

Purchased the multi tool hair drier which is completely useless.

For started the electric cable is so short I can’t even use it when it’s plugged in even if I’m sat on the floor!

The tools are cheap flimsy plastic and do not do anything they are suppose to.

I purchased via WOWCHER and have requested a return so I’ll see if that even gets processed.

Ordered a heated gilet via Wowcher. Ordered 8th December, £19.99 taken from my bank 9th December, to date no gilet. Apparently the order was being fulfilled by Just Gift Direct. No reply to my email querying where my order was. Will not order again

Ordered 2 heated gilets. Neither arrived when were supposed to. Chased up, one arrived Xmas eve....... Way too small, second one arrived 3 days after Xmas, also too small.

Cheap quality and neither match measurements on site !

As every other customer in here, I have bought a Wowcher and redeemed it on here. Sadly, the order has been in transit for over 3 weeks and there is no communication from the merchant. After 4 emails throughout last 2 weeks I have gotten a response that the parcel is in transit(I can see that since 2 weeks ago) and that I should just be patient. Please read the reviews before ordering from this merchant.

Update: Received parcel after 3 weeks, goods are counterfeit and not as advertised!

Delivery took almost 3 weeks and I had to chase up. Did finally arrive. Cheap copy of what I ordered. Advertised on Wowcher as Adidas trainers. These are a cheap copy, laces won’t go thru holes, no size in it, far too small. Wouldn’t even pay a fiver for them! They have replied to my email asking for pics. Let’s see how long a refund takes, if I ever receive it!

I was interested in purchasing an item on WOWCHER sold by this company so emailed them a question, followed this up a week later with another. Three weeks later and I'm still waiting

Eventually got a reply asking for the date of purchase.
Emailed back that I wanted the question answered before purchasing.
A few days later got another email again asking for proof of purchase.

Sent a rather stern reply

Ordered my item with a voucher from wowcher on 27/11, was informed it had been despatched and would be received before 5/12. Still not received 12/12.
I have emailed them 3 times now with no reply. The tracking they have provided is with evri and has not changed for 11 days, stating we have your parcel.
Would not recommend buying anything from thus company.

Complete scammers, advertising on Wowcher too, shouldnt be allowed. Paid for item and delivery, nothing has arrived and customer services dont respond.

I have ordered 2 now as the first one never turned up and now I haven't had the 2nd one yet it a peek a boo elephant for xmas for my grandson plz help me thanks
