Worst haircut ever, missed our local just cuts at hornby with best hairdresser "first" so thought we'd try riccarton mall just cuts. I had to tell her how to do her job, she then uses lots of product to try fix her crap cut. Never again!

My hair was cut just the way i like it. Lisa P very friendly & easy to talk to. She made sure i was 100% happy with my cut. This was in Warwick. My cut was done on the 19/11/24.

Although I had a little wait, it was very much worth it. My stylist Grace apologized and made me feel welcome right from the start. After a conversation about the mammoth talk of how to make me look presentable Grace went about her work. During my cut it become very apparently that Grace genuinely enjoyed what she did and enjoyed listening to me dribble on about my day. After letting me take a some photos of my hair at some ugly stages to post on my facebook page for my mates to laugh at she brushed of the mess and lead me to the counter. I left feeling very happy with haircut and also happy about how mt Friday finished. I would like to thank Grace and recommend her services to anyone. Nga mini Keryn from Sandringham.

Went to Richmond (Nelson) with 4 kids and had the worst cuts ever. The lady who did mine, and one of my stepdaughters, screwed them both up, even after looking at photos of what we wanted. She didn't know what she was doing and had to stop and let someone else "fix' mine for me. Won't ever go there again, and definitely don't recommend it.

This was the most distressed that I had seen my niece re hair. She received the most awful trim there and when she asked the hairdresser about her hair being uneven, the hairdresser made excuses about her parting being on the ‘side’ when it was very obvious that the parting was in the middle. She took her mum over and told the hairdresser that she was very unsatisfied and showed her hair to ask how that was even, the hairdressers colleague told her to leave and that he will not have her ‘slandering’ and the ‘bullshit’ because there were some other customers waiting for a cut. She asked for a receipt which she was also not given

Let me just ask, when and where was my niece supposed to complain, and how is it legal for businesses to deny receipt to customers.
I would never recommend a place with the above attitude. If I could give negative stars, I would be giving that but unfortunately we have to do at least 1 star to be able to warn people. If you value your hair don’t use this until it gets called to account.

I'm with David (below). Went into Johnsonville for a trim yesterday and after 10 mins with Edwina Scissorhands came out looking like an escaped mental patient!

Tatania at the new Kwinana Hub Just Cuts (WA) was delightful. I came late in the day on Tues 1 Oct and waited not very long before she pleasantly escorted me to my seat. She carefully discussed my needs and explained the processes and later particular benefits of various products for my very dry hair. It was such a pleasure to be treated so well. Thank you.

I went to just cuts Manukau. And it is worst experience of customer services and hair cut there
The lady left the job of cutting my hair in between and kept on attending other one for 40 minutes

At the end of cutting, when I asked to see my hair with mirror , the hair Dresser started saying..
Oh my god...she/ he was excessively rude. Also they deducted money and when I asked for my receipt, they said they would send it through mail...and got really angry upon asking for my receipt..
Never go there . They really need a customer service learning.

absolutely horrible cut. it looks nothing like the photo i gave, I'm very upset. employee was nice but can not cut short hair for their life. i will be refusing to leave my house until my hair has grown back out.

Fantastic service today. My first visit to the new Just Cuts salon in Kwinana. Despite the special offer of discounted cuts, the wait time was less than 15 minutes. I was pleased with the introduction and consultation with my stylist Tia. She understood what I wanted and delivered! Wow! Absolutely delighted with the style cut thanks 😊

I got my hair done at just Cuts Blackburn. The man did a lovely job and my hair is fab however my experience just wasn't enjoyable..first of all he made it clear with indirect digs several times, that he wasn't impressed about doing a full head of highlights on 'extra long' hair. Whether that was his intentions or not I don't know but he made me feel an inconvenience for being there. Secondly, there was no conversation or engagement between me and the stylist, other than basic hair related stuff such as discussing what I wanted etc. That was a shame as he seemed friendly at first. Once the foils were removed and hair washed, he ragged through the knots with a tangle teezer, paddle brush and comb. He had to physically empty the brush of clumps of hair several times. Lastly, the price list states that for highlights, toner and a cut and blow - full head £80, £110 for extra long hair. I was happy to pay the £110 as I have long hair and understand this uses more product and more time, however he tried to tell me it would be £150 as highlights start from £110 and I had extra long hair and had already gone through 4 lots of colour, then £180 if I wanted an olaplex treatment. I knew this wasn't right so I had the price list ready (which doesn't state starting from) and had my sister call up for a quote for the exact same treatment I was having for extra long hair. My sister was told it would be £110-£130 which is completely different to what I had been told and again not what the price list states. In the end he didn't apply a toner, as apparently my hair took so well to the dye so it wasn't needed and therefore brought the cost back down. In my opinion he knew I was on to him trying to rip me off. I highly doubt I would go back here.

The last time that I had a haircut at the one in the Richmond Mall in Richmond New Zealand, they ruined my hair. I wanted to cry. I explained how I wanted it done but they obviously didn't listen or care. It was awful. I used to have such good results there, but none of the stylist I liked are there anymore, they have new ones and in my opinion, they're awful, I don't know how they stay in business. I have gone back to a shop that I used to go to, it's more expensive but well worth it. I was telling her what happened and she said that place is TERRIBLE, she hasn't seen one good cut from there yet. She said she had a client earlier that went there, they ruined his hair, so he came to her right away, she said it twas an absolute mess. She said my hair will take probably a few cuts to start getting it the way I used to wear it, she said they really butchered it.

Please, if you want a good cut, DO NOT GO THERE, you won't be happy.

Olivia and Allana are both great hairdressers, excellent cutters and very nice friendly people as well. I will be going back again for sure! I have been to both Birtinya and Kawana salons.

Went to Lakeside. All staff very friendly. Short wait and had a lovely, perfect cut from Tracy, who is such a wonderful person, very professional. Knows haircut styles very well and advises on hair care. Came back very happy and satisfied and good value for money.
