So I was sent the wrong hat and was told it was from the supplier so they would be informed. Never heard anything again from J4L or the company (Rogue), although I will never know if Rogue were told or not. So in the end I sent the wrong hat back and had to pay £5 to do this. I was reimbursed for the cost of the hat but not the the return postage. Communication was dreadful. Returns policy was flawed - no returns address was given and the process was different on the website from wht it said on the returns form. Clearly not made to be easy. I would never buy from this company again
